I think I found myself a new lash studio. Absolutely loved getting my eyelashes with Brandy. Wow! You never know what you are missing out on until you try new things, and I am SO glad I decided to give B. Lash a try. I found Brandy through Yelp (thanks Yelp lol), and I absolutely loved her portfolio of pictures on here. I love my lashes full and long, and was not satisfied with how the other places were doing them. Brandy was so friendly and easy going. The time seemed to pass quickly while she was working on my lashes. And the best part ... once she was finished, I was blown away with how my lashes looked! So full, long and dramatically beautiful. The complaints that I have are that some of my lashes are glued together and the morning after I got my lashes done my eyes were red and I think the eye pads were too close to my eyes as the bottom of my eyes were sore. First time going to brandy. Her studio is very clean and smells good but unfortunately I did not like my lashes. I had got the mega volume and it literally looked like she only did classic. When I told her this is not like the picture that's on your page she didn't say anything. I went to the bathroom to get a better look, and as you girlies know we are serious about our lashes. I ended up finding the courage to go back because I hate confrontation. I practically had to beg her to fix them. There's no curl to them and they are soooo small and short. I told you 17 mm they literally look like 13's and a few 17s at the end. Also one side is fuller then the other. I'll attach the picture that's on her page and the lashes she did on me. She didn't even take a final picture that's how I know she knows she messed up. Never ever make a client feel like they can't complain. She literally acted like she did not want to fix them after I paid $115. Definitely won't be back. read more
