I was in need of a new lash stylist, came into Yelp and found this place and Zoe. I made my appointment online on a Saturday and was pleasantly so impressed with how thorough Zoe is. She is really sweet and informative and she helped me pick which lashes would fit best with my eyes. I got there at 2 o'clock and I was done by 2:45, this salon is pretty big very clean and the service was great. I'm so glad I found Zoe. I'm definitely coming back from my refills. Parking is easy because it shares a lot with other Stores in the plaza. Services are price very fairly as well. So happy I found this lash shop and it's closer to my house. read more

I had an amazing experience at Mini Beauty Eyelash. I was looking for a place close to my home and came across this spot using yelp. I booked an appointment and was VERY HAPPY with everything. First off I LOVE the different eyelash looks from sunflower to classic, hybrid to volume. Katy explained all of the looks and how they are done. I had no clue there were so many styles. I chose the best one for me which is classic and it's literally the best lashes I've had. I went to a few other places but the look on me this time was PERFECT ! Zoe did a beautiful job on my eyelashes and even finished a little early. I've had eyelashes done before, and I don't like any extremely cold look. I did upgrade to real noticing that it felt later. In the past, my eyes would always feel quite heavy when the synthetic ones were put in. I'm very happy with my choice. read more

When this place first opened, it was fantastic. Wendy was the best. After she went on maternity leave this place has gone down tremendously. I've called and texted so many times to make an appointment and the manager won't respond. Don't waste your time going here as the customer service is horrible and they don't respond back to you. You would think that they would want you to make an appointment to make money, but that's not the case. read more

My lashes point straight down and I never get the results I like after curling and applying mascara so I was worried about getting them done if they weren't going to be permed but I'm pleased to see my results. my lashes fell off a lot within few days which was disappointing because I paid a good amount of money to get my lashes done. :/ it was past the 3 days free touch up so couldn't do anything about it but I don't think it's worth the quality considering the price. worker was nice tho when I was getting it done read more

Only updating This review as I was requested to by Lynn who messaged me personally through a message on Yelp. She wanted me to correct my review as it could be misleading to other customers. So my previous conversation is below with a rep who I spoke to over the phone with pricing who didn't really make sense with their 50% off quote for new clients. I have now been advised that new lashes are ACTUALLY an insane price of $240 and the 50% off discount included brings this down to $120 and returning clients get lashes for $188... Don't know how this would make my outlook on their pricing any better but hope this helps Lynn! lol read more

I'm not very happy with my set. I spoke with Zoe about my lashes beforehand, and I mentioned I was interested in the anime or sunflower style. She said the anime was more natural, and I told her that's what I'm looking for. Honestly, during the application, I felt Zoe was gentle and efficient. But I was so disgruntled when I saw the final product. They look so fake. They look like I bought halloween lashes and put them on myself. Granted without seeing the glue, but I'm talking about the lashes themselves. I understand that each person's eyes are different, but I expected some similarity between my lashes and the pictures I've seen from their Instagram. I've had lash extensions from other places before, so I'm not completely new to the process. But this was my first time at this location. I know they have some sort of 3 day guarantee, but I'm not sure what that covers. I'd like to get them removed, or trimmed or anything to reduce the appearance. read more

One of my good friends referred me to this place so I called to make an appointment, in the voice greeting it tells you to either leave a message or text, I sent a text and within minutes they asked me when did I want to come in, I asked today, they took me in within a couple of hours. I just had an appointment today, i showed an inspo picture and my lash tech was Katy Wu. Not only did my lashes not match the inspo pic whatsoever, but they were completely different looking lashes on both eyes. She kept tugging on my eyes and the glue burnt my eyes. I paid $116 for the lashes and got them removed 30 minutes later at a different place due to how bad they were. However, Wendy lashed my friend and her lashes came out nice. I would not recommend Katy Wu for the sake of your eyes. The lash tech who removed my eyelashes from this place said Katy glued them directly onto my eyelid. The lash remover that was used could not even get all the lashes off she had to manually remove them. The whole time Katy was scraping against my eyelashes. I've been to a lot of lash places but honestly their lash styles never quite fit my face. I found this place which also offers anime and sunflower lash sets, so I decided to check them out. I made a last minute appointment which was super easy even the weekend before Valentine's Day. I showed her a picture and asked if she could make them a little fuller than the picture but still natural, but I could barely see because they were weighing down my eyes, and my eyes stung from the close application of the lashes to the root. I decided to go home and hope they would ease up and that I would get used to it. It was just too heavy, so I called back later and asked to remove some since they were just way too big for my eye shape. Given all of this, I still wasn't upset at all since she was just trying to make it more full, as I asked, just a slight miscommunication. Aside from this, I've been getting lashes for around 8 years now, and have never experienced so much pain and soreness from lash extensions. Something about their glue is insanely hard and pokey, or maybe she used too much (?). The extensions were placed so close to the lash line, and none of the extensions were isolated, which both made my lashes and lash line so sore. I don't typically like to express negative experiences, but I really tried to wait it out and just use lash serum to make my natural lashes grow faster so the soreness and pain would go away, but it's been 2 weeks, and it still hasn't. If you've been getting lashes, you know the worst feeling is when there's one lash you can feel that is so sore, but over the past 2 weeks, it feels as if I find 5 a day. I've ripped out so many of my natural lashes, too, since it's so uncomfortable, and now have only about 10 lash extensions left. This is really disappointing since I thought I found my favorite lash salon, and considering how much I paid and the good reviews online, I was expecting a much better application of the lashes.

Mini beauty eyelash is my favorite lash place. I used to go to their Montclair and Chino locations for more than a year. I live in Orange, even though it was a little far for me but it worth the drive. Now I'm glad that they have a new location in Tustin, it's much closer to me. I always go with Wendy, she's very careful and gentle, I was so relaxing during the process and always fell asleep. Love my lashes!! I got my lashes done two weeks ago at Mini Beauty, I got hybrid wispy style, this is how it looked when I just got them done, exactly what I wanted!! It's been two weeks now, couple lash extensions are falling out, but overall they are still pretty. Just called to make my three weeks fill appointment next week, since we are leaving for vacation, I wanted to get a fill so my lashes look good. Came here last minute right before NYE and Katy did an excellent job on my eyelashes! She was very attentive and listened to my wants/concerns for a certain look, and executed it perfectly. They lasted for over a month (i decided not to get a fill to give my eyes a break) The place is nice and clean, and everyone is friendly too. The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Also I was never referred to her by any other lash place. I was fooled by her ratings on Yelp and I wrote my review to help anyone who might have considered going there. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you!

And took a picture of them with her phone for reference. I wanted to look put together for my first day back at work. I was let down when I saw the lashes I had and I couldn't dare say that they were not at all what I had asked for, because again service was great! But I would have appreciated her telling me she couldn't give me the lashes I asked for. I was very disappointed, especially since my lashes looked like too much for a first day of my job at a Law Firm. Then the next couple of days the surroundings of my eyes began to burn and white stuff started forming at the root of the lashes. I only had them on for three days and had to pay to get them removed. Now I still have some sort of allergy around my eyes that looks like peeling with a burning sensation. Upset because: 1. Didn't get what I asked for. 2. Allergic reaction (not sure if contact dermatitis) from products used. Wish I could have had more of a positive experience since I wanted to get into lashes, but I'll try once more elsewhere.
