The process was pretty straightforward, so I booked an appointment. There are 2 options depending on how many shades you would like to improve. When I arrived, I was greeted by Gary. His office was very warm and welcoming. He walked me through the process again and told me what I could expect. It's not an exact science, but he showed me how many shades lighter (the range) I could get with the two options he offers. I was set up with gel and a special light for I think it was 4 - 25 minute sessions with a break in between and wow! I am so thrilled with my results! I was in and out in 2 hours. Gary provided me with what to do for the next two hours and my 24 hr follow up care. My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn't already have one. The hygienists don't give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.

The long tenured staff remained & Dr Lonier has been the best dentist. I have had several bridges, go for cleaning twice a year and he has kept my teeth & smile beautiful. About 2 weeks later DentaQuest said a claim was paid for those xrays. I left 2 voicemails with the manager to discuss this issue and request cancelation of the claim. The manager did not contact me by phone, so I sent an email requesting cancelation of the claim. It has been at least 10 days and there was no response to the email. I feel that either the dentist lied to me or the clinic filed a fraudulent claim. In addition, the dentist told me he would not work on my teeth unless I do a Scaling and Root Planing (Deep Cleaning). I went to two other dental clinics and they said a deep cleaning was not needed and that a mid-range cleaning was satisfactory.

I saw Katerina and although very sweet I think she needs re training on how to do micro needling. Her passes are all over and she dug the needle into my smile lines and forehead. She also was touching her gloved hand to my headscarf while also using that same gloved hand to apply the PRP.

This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.
