"Didn't you see our text" and "it's corporate policy and they did a test pilot so I'm sure it's a good policy" is how she handled my situation. They will lose many customers this way and she admitted she is spending a lot of time dealing w these complaints, not surprising. Good luck:)

She did an incredible job and it was quick! She is a little bit more shy however, still so sweet and such an awesome person to work with!
