Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding. Then I went a second time because they offered me a peel for a discounted price. I didn't do the whole membership. I wasn't sure if I wanted to be that invested so I wanted to try the peel well it seemed OK at first and then I noticed it was still peeling after a like a month I'm like when is it gonna stop peeling? I didn't remember how long it had been, but I noticed there was some dark spots on my chin that I never noticed before. I may have had some light discoloration there, but not enough that I had to like wear two different concealers and foundation and powder I always wore no makeup during the day because I had pretty good skin now I have to pack on makeup around my chin and I'm using everything from vitamin C to niacinamide to transamic I may have spelled that wrong lol. So I went in today to talk to them about it and it's like they were acting like nothing was wrong with my skin like well. You had some discoloration before and telling and then another lady said oh she doesn't have a membership like is that way I'm being treated this way because I'm not spending $400 a month or however, much it cost and then she's telling me like well over time like did she really think I was gonna spend another dollar at this place? I mean I went to my Dermatologist later today and he said what the hell happened to your face?! I put before and after photos and just so you know, I do not know how to do touchups in Photos because I'm the enemy of technology so these are regular photos from before I had it done and after I had it done and some photos I don't have makeup and some I do and the photos I do have makeup on. I literally barely have any makeup on because I don't like to wear a lot of makeup now I have to wear two different concealers to cover it up foundation and powder and it still doesn't completely cover it in laundry for fucking up my skin. I will never go here again and I will tell everybody how they did this.

In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... They have a nice and relaxing waiting co-ed lounge where you can have some tea, juice, fruit infused water and fruit. The amenities are not co-ed. There is a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, and plenty of showers. Everything is kept very clean so that is very much appreciated. The staff were all very nice and helpful as well. They do validate parking for the parking structure that is within the Topanga Village (don't park in the outside 90 min parking, instead drive up into the structure towards Total Wines). I am definitely coming back to this location, even though there are several other Burke Williams locations closer to me.

After I showed them my confirmation, the front desk acknowledged that Burke Williams had accidentally changed my reservation without notifying me. At that point, I had no choice but to rush. I had just come from work in the summer heat and didn't want to lie face down on a massage table covered in sweat and makeup. Instead of beginning my spa day feeling relaxed, I was stressed and scrambling because of a mistake that wasn't mine. My massage therapist was wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of her. She gave a great massage, but even that couldn't undo the stressful start to the experience. By the time I was finally able to relax, my massage was almost over. The front desk initially offered me a discount. I was the one who asked whether they could also include a complimentary enhancement, and they agreed. The following day, I called Burke Williams because I still felt the situation hadn't been appropriately addressed and asked to speak with a manager. The manager apologized and offered me a $50 gift card. While I appreciate the apology, I don't believe the resolution matched the impact of Burke Williams' mistake.
