Horrible experience! I went for Botox since I was referred by a friend. I felt as though I was back in 2020...with the provider double masking. I get being safe and all but I couldn't understand any of her recommendations and it looked like the used needle container was overfilled so it doesn't make sense to be double masked when the facility itself is not sanitary. When I asked what else can improve my skin, I was told I had to make another appointment with their "treatment advisor" which made me feel as if I was being sold things I don't need. My first ever visit to CMS & seeing the fabulous Jordanna Burke! The office staff there was wonderful as well! I was lucky enough to win a giveaway on their IG page for free lip filler back in the fall. I've always wanted to try filler, but been too nervous to pull the trigger & I feel lucky that his was my first experience... Jordanna was super knowledgeable, friendly & made me feel super comfortable going over the different filler options. After numbing, I honestly felt zero pain throughout the whole process. Jordanna was very thorough & precise and handed me the mirror at the end to take into account my preference of where I felt I needed any additional filler droplets. She also evened out the bit of asymmetry between my lips (my left upper half was a little lower than my right). She used the "fencing" technique. I would recommend Calabasas Med Spa & scheduling an appointment with Jordanna to anyone, without a doubt! Now, for my lippies! Can't wait to come back for more. I've heard it from friends & the funny IG posts/ memes that you will miss my initial swelling. Recently I started getting my Botox and filler from Rada. I was a little nervous going to someone new, but I know Launa and the other owners of this business wouldn't hire just anyone! About a month ago I got my Botox from Rada. Since I'm older than when I first started going (10 years ago!) there were some new issues I wanted to address. (My eyeliner would not stay put! Rada suggested some Botox above my eyebrow to help lift my slightly sagging eye) I'm so happy with the result. It was a better option than an eyebrow lift! That's what I like about Calabasas Med Spa. They do not over sell their services. I really appreciate that. Due to my Botox looking fantastic I went back to Rada to have my lips filled. She suggested using Kiss on me vs another filler. I have a small mouth and wanted a more natural look. She did exactly what I wanted and did not try to sell me more. I'm beyond satisfied with the result. It looks so natural! I still look like me. No fish lips. Just a nice plump kisser. Calabasas Med Spa is the real deal. They have been there for awhile and most of the same people work there. That says a lot about a business! I love that she approaches your treatments conservatively across 2 sessions so everything is gradual and not overdone.
