    First time trying this place. I have very sensitive skin and was pleasantly surprised with my facial. Kaytlin did my facial and she did a nice job. The room was clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend them and ask for Kaytlin.

    I came in today for the Jawline Lift treatment and OMG it was AMAZING! Emma was wonderful with a kind and Gentle touch. I love the results! I first met with Sarah and she walked me through everything I would experience today. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. I can't wait to come back!!!!

    Alyssa was my aestician did my skin glass treatment. It was great I recommend it my skin feels moisturized and soft. I will be coming back. Parking is $4 and you have to pay it but the deal made it worth

    I had an amazing experience with Emma! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the cellulite treatment and answer all of my questions. She was attentive throughout the entire process and genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible results.

    Jaw lift does NOT work. Advertisement is misleading.

    Completely misleading advertising. The results shown in their ads and pictures are absolutely unrealistic and false. You will NOT look like the photos they promote. The jaw lift treatment did not work at all, and the entire experience from start to finish was terrible. I specifically called ahead because I had already read reviews mentioning parking and location issues. I was reassured that parking was "easy to find," which was completely untrue. The GPS sends you behind the building toward an entrance marked "Do Not Enter," and I ended up in a paid underground garage with no clear directions. To make matters worse, the address message they send does NOT include a suite number. I called again because I couldn't even find the office and of course No answer. Once I finally found it, I waited over 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past me without offering any help or acknowledgment. Another client even commented to me that their customer service is horrible. Eventually, another customer suggested I go to a different location just to let someone know I had arrived. After doing that, they checked me in and sent me right back to the original location again. The entire process was disorganized, stressful, and extremely unprofessional. The environment was unpleasant, the service was horrible, and the treatment itself was a complete disappointment. I would give negative stars if that were possible. Now I understand why their Instagram ads do NOT allow comments. I'm sure many people have had the same experience.

    I paid over 2k for my package and I cannot even get an appointment scheduled. The lack of response is extremely unprofessional. No response at all to my multiple attempts at trying to book an appointment and requesting a refund. I will be disputing the transaction as fraud and take this to small claims court if need be! Will be reporting this to better business bureau. This is unacceptable to be so responsive when you are taking my money but once they get you, you're left on read. *UPDATE 5/25 to your reply to my review stating my review is inaccurate: WOW! Amazing how fast a negative review could get your attention!! The email I sent on the screenshots is listed on your website. How is that not the proper channel for trying to formally get in contact with you regarding a refund? I had booked 2 appointments via text to the staff who did your consultation. As far as I was concerned, that was your business phone number. That was the number I was given to book the appointments. Instead of writing a rebuttal h the at my review is inaccurate, how about reaching out to me via email or the phone number you have for me on record? You have my email address. You could have simply replied to my 1st message or called my phone number which I had left at the bottom of my signature offering to resolve this matter amicably. Nothing I said was inaccurate. Why would I want to go through the hurdles of spending all this time when it could have been resolved with either booking the appointment for me or offering me a refund for the remaining amount of unused package. There is nothing worse than shelling out thousands of dollars of my hard earned money to business like yours who will gladly take your money at consultation, and then completely ignore and forget about you. No excuses that the consultant is now a former employee. You should take accountability and do the right thing and perhaps I will remove this review or update that you did the right thing. Believe me that I will follow through with the necessary steps to get my money back if you do not do the right thing here. Screenshot of your website below showing the email I had contacted is listed on your website, but obviously not being monitored or purposely being ignored since I had asked for a refund.

    My first experience today! I tried the cavitation. Alyssa was great, and the staff was very friendly very clean and great atmosphere.

    UPDATE: I've just been contacted by their district manager who wrote among other things: "In exchange for removing the review, we would be more than happy to accommodate you with a complimentary treatment as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your understanding." I should've listened to the reviews...I saw an ad on Instagram for the Triple Lift & Glow treatment and booked an appt for Friday (May 15). I received a reminder text on Friday (May 8) with a statement that a 'verbal confirmation is required' but also 'reply C to confirm'. Along with this text were a few photos that looked like stock photos of 'before and after' models with 'expected results' texted underneath the images. I then immediately received another text asking if I'd be able to come in Sunday (May 10) instead. I asked what times were available and I received a text with several time slots. I replied that I could do the 12pm time to which the reply was 'Great! We will confirm your appt right away' then another text asking 'could it be for 12:30pm instead?' I agreed and then received another text confirming the appt. Then, yesterday (May 9) I received an EMAIL with an appt reminder and instruction to 'double confirm' the appt and 'appts that are not double confirmed the day before are not guaranteed, you MUST confirm blah blah blah'. DOUBLE CONFIRM? So, I called and left a message AND responded to the previously sent text to 'double confirm'. I received another text stating that the appt had been confirmed. THEN, this morning (May 10-the day of the appt), I received yet ANOTHER automated courtesy reminder text and to 'reply C to confirm' again accompanied by stock 'before and after' images and a reminder that 'Any no shows/same day cancellations WILL LOSE THE PROMOTION AND BE BANNED FROM BOOKING ANY FUTURE PROMO' (the capital letters are theirs not added by me) THEN, at 9:12am today (day of the appt), I get a text asking if I could come in at 12 instead of 12:30. Because I could not make it at an earlier time, I responded with 'unfortunately no'. Then at 10:02am, I get a text that read, 'Regrettably, the appointment for TODAY -12:30pm is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances as our esthetician is unwell. We won't be able to open unfortunately. blah blah blah' I responded with, 'This is interesting. If your esthetician is unwell, why did you ask me if I could come in at 12pm today?' Over three hours later I received a text 'We thought we can still manage to receive a client, but unfortunately we can't. Apologies for the inconvenience. Would you like to come in tomorrow instead? (with a list of time slots)'. I should've listened to the reviews...the multiple requests to confirm, the photos that don't appear to represent actual clients, the poor customer service. I'm attaching a photo of the series of emails I received from them canceling/rescheduling for different times. None of which was initiated by me. AVOID THEM!

    Horrible customer service! Once the sales consultant sells you a package they don't answer their phone or emails at all. I booked my package in December, called 23 times and never ever was able to get through. I left 17 voicemails. I finally showed up and demanded a complete refund for services not rendered. The secretary said she left several messages for a manager but no one ever called me. I wanted a call from a manager or owner and was never able to speak to any management .Run from this company! They are not trustworthy. Once they take your money they forget about you and your services. Stefanie sold me the package and was no where to be found for three months. The bad reviews will get the longest AI generated response with every excuse in the book. Dont just take my experience, read all the 1 star review and you wil get the full picture of what this place is all about. They also send texts that if you send a 5 star review and they verify it you get a free service so if you see all the 5 star reviews you know why there are so many.

    Proof that I never asked for a full refund!

    This is a continuation of my previous review. I would not have felt the need to leave a second review if the company's response to my original review had been accurate. The treatments did not produce the results that were represented, and when I raised my concerns, I was offered a $200 refund and a complimentary lymphatic drainage treatment IN EXCHANGE FOR REMOVING MY REVIEW. What brought me back is that the company publicly stated that I requested a full refund. That is simply not true. I have written messages showing that I specifically stated I was not asking for a full refund because services had already been performed. Customers deserve honest advertising, transparent communication, and accurate representation of the facts. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Can't believe they had the time to respond to my review to make the business look good. But here is proof! Just go somewhere else at this point!

    I recently came in for the Double Chin Rescue facial and I have to start by saying Emma was amazing. She was so sweet, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her technique was incredibly relaxing -- the facial itself felt wonderful, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I honestly can't say enough good things about her! The only thing I want to note is that the results for the "double chin" part didn't match what I expected based on the dramatic before-and-after photos promoted online While the experience was relaxing and my skin felt great afterward, I didn't really see a visible difference in the chin/jawline area. Still, Emma made my visit such a calming, pleasant experience, and she deserves all the recognition. I will absolutely come back to see her again for other treatments -- she's a gem!

I came for Botox due to migraines and TMJ dysfunction. I was seen by Kathy and she was 100% real and honest with me. She told me what I needed and what I didn't need, which I greatly appreciated her honesty. She told me the plan and the results we are aiming for. When I've been to other places are just like OK here's your injection this is the standard amount, See you in x amount of months for the same amount. That's not how this place is, Kathy told me that the goal is to keep my symptoms at bay and not go through up and downs, where I'm having symptoms and I get treatment, it goes away and it comes backs. I now have a clear goal and plan where she will assess how I'm going after each treatment and see how to adjust for the next. after just a few days I already see positive changes. On another note when coming here it is in the medical center so come 15 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and find the place since it is an area with a lot of medical offices. Also, you do have to pay to park but they did validate my parking.

The experience was disappointing and, in my opinion, not transparent. I asked multiple times for pricing on a clearly defined request: two syringes of cheek filler, including common options such as Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, or RHA 4. Instead of a meaningful estimate, I was told the price could range from $400 to $3,000. That range is so broad that it is almost meaningless. The real concern is that the practice then expects patients to pay a $250 consultation fee just to find out what the service may actually cost. I fully understand that a physician needs to evaluate anatomy, goals, product choice, and treatment planning before giving a final recommendation. But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. My concern is with the business policy and the lack of upfront pricing transparency. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I found this approach troubling. Patients should not have to pay $250 just to get basic pricing information for a commonly performed cosmetic service. It creates mistrust and makes the financial side of the practice feel opaque and unfair. I chose not to move forward because I did not feel comfortable with the pricing process. I would encourage the practice to publish clear pricing ranges, train staff to answer basic cost questions, and provide patients with useful cost information before requiring a paid consultation.
