I came in for a promotion. The actual service was fine but the sales approach was extremely unprofessional and off putting. The woman just tried to upsell me but didn't seem knowledgeable or really interested in my desires. When I told her I couldn't book additional services that she pressured me toward, she became rude and dismissive. The thing is, if she was kind and professional there is a good chance I would come back later for services. I just couldn't do it that day. But now I won't consider this place at all. If a company is going to run a promo, they need to understand some people are just going to come for the promo and you should t treat them badly for that. read more

My feelings are so hurt, I would hate for them to do this to other people. Plus, she gave me some great skin product recommendations for my daily care. My skin tone has improved after the facial, the skin was truly glowing and I noticed the lifting effect as well.
