She took the time to educate me on my skin and walk me through which products would actually work for my specific needs, which I appreciated so much more than a generic routine. I had my first facial here about a month ago. I was super excited because I had read the reviews beforehand and every one was amazing! I'll just share a few things about my experience here: 1. I firstly want to say that my facial was nice! It was relaxing, my skin didn't have any weird reactions, the studio was clean, everyone was super nice, and my skin looked great afterward. This is my first facial so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I would say I had a good experience. 2. Something I didn't love, however, was that I felt like I was being advertised to throughout my facial. I understand that they want to sell their products, but I didn't love that when I asked about alternatives that I could purchase from other places, I was told that nothing else was good enough and everything else had lesser quality ingredients, which I know isn't true. I didn't like feeling like I was being told their lines were the only "good" options. 3. Along the same lines, at the end of my treatment I was immediately asked to schedule my next facial. I felt put on the spot so I scheduled it, but didn't feel entirely comfortable with how pushy that part was. I ended up canceling it later. 4. I also wish each step of the facial had been explained to me as it happed, since this was my first facial and I didn't know what to expect. I did ask for that at the beginning but I think they forgot. It isn't a big deal, but without a heads up, some steps were a little jarring sometimes. My bottom line is that I think the facial was nice and I think my skin looks better because of it, but because of the other parts of the experience that felt a little uncomfortable, I'm going to try out another place for my next facial before returning. read more

Great wellness spa! I booked my appointment and was met at the front door by Tamar, she was very approachable and asked some great questions I hadn't thought about that has to do with my skin. I got the non chemical, chemical peel, I had an upcoming event and she said this would be great because it wouldn't make my skin peel like a traditional chemical peel. Tamar listened, provided great service and recommended some great after care treatment with moisturizer and other anti aging products. I ended up purchasing a package for future appointments to get my skin to where I want it to be. I came here for my first ever facial and had a great experience. Brandi did my facial for me and I was able to get a new client package of $75 for their Honest Essential facial including sample products to try (she gave me small to-go samples of the products she used on me during the session to see if I wanted to try them for myself at home). When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and was asked if I wanted a beverage. When I entered the room, there was a cute little welcome sign for me as well as 2 coasters that asked if I wanted to talk during my session or if I'd rather just "drift away" - loved that they had this so the session could be exactly how I wanted it to be. Brandi was super helpful as she talked me through the steps she did, why she was doing what she was doing/why it helped, and gave me a ton of tips to take with me. The treatment was relaxing, informative, and the price was reasonable compared to other places. There are add-ons that can be discussed as well. They are also having an October special where you can get 20% off their products if you bring in a skin product you don't use/want. My skin after the session also felt very good. Since it was my first treatment and I mentioned my skin was sensitive, Brandi tailored my treatment to my sensitive skin and went light to see if there were any adverse reactions. I wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time. The service was fine, but I was in the center room, and the rooms on either side people were laughing and taking so loud you could clearly hear their conversation. My attendant said it was normal, so heads up if you're looking for a relaxing experience. My usually esthetician was booked so I decided to try this place. The good - last minute availability, plenty of parking, nice office I liked that you can add on dermaplaning for $15. My skin felt so smooth afterwards I did feel like it was more of a basic facial but my skin was hydrated afterwards. I have really sensitive skin and rosacea and I've had experiences where my skin gets torn up during facials, but not here.
