Brandon's understanding and care when scheduling (and having to reschedule) my appointment due to a prior commitment, was exceptional! Upon arrival, Miranda was thorough, kind, and efficient when checking me in and providing me with only a few required patient forms vs. a booklet! Outstanding!! As I made my way back to the consulting room, I ran into Jen in the hallway, and she was delightfully endearing! Finally in the room, Ashley was a gem!!! She was incredibly kind, understanding (of my panic disorder) sympathetic, caring, and reassured me everything would be alright. I will request Ashley to be my CNA when I go back. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Lastly, but certainly not least, I have to brag on the PA, Chris. OMG, to say he was very patient, supportive, understanding, gentle, and more, is putting it mildly. He is the go to PA, who will take time to identify areas of concern, talk through the "freezing" process, and shared what I should expect thereafter. Dip my body in that stuff, or give me a can to go, and I'll be as good as new clearing out all the pre-cancer, and giving me youthful skin!! (Do not try that... It would be very stingy). At the end of the appointment, I met with Autumn at checkout. So very nice, positive, and chatty with me. (I tend to chatter when comfortable, and she was very patient.) Overall, my experience with the entire team was EXCEPTIONAL! I have a feeling I'll be going back quite often just to see them and to bring goodies. They deserve every bit of kindness, respect, and appreciation!!! I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Thomas Dermatology. OUTSTANDING!!!
