I gotta update this review.. I work close by, so stopping in is just simple. I am in the process of growing out my natural nails. But because I was a nail biter for so long, they are just brittle. Yesterday I caught my nail and it ripped from the side. But it ripped so low that I didn't want to have to cut the whole thing off. So I called into new style. They said come right in, they would make time. I sat for about 5 minutes before they started working. They took off my gel polish on that nail & dipped it in the dip power, which made my nail stronger. Now I won't have to worry about cutting it. Really really pleased. Thank you !! read more

Went to get a pedicure and eyebrows Waxed was the worst service ever. My eyebrows are all uneven and now I have to find a place that can fix them. Everything! Except for the store is beautiful but I had the worst experience ever getting my nails done at New Style Nail & Spa. Cheep materials were used for my manicure (I got my nails done on a holiday weekend and by Saturday afternoon I had already had 3 nails pop off & one that was hanging on by the roots of my nail. I was in so much pain but it was a holiday weekend. A pal of mine had her lashes enhanced by a different employee and I was just about done as far as the nail tech was concerned. So my friend called me on Monday, she had to have the lashes removed because of the pain from the glue and half of my $85.00 manicure was all messed up but neither one of the employees would take responsibility for the terrible experiences myself and a friend had at this place of business. I would leave zero stars if I could!! They are so RUDE!! Come here if you want attitude. I had my appointment at 2:45 and got there 2:49. Yuki stood by the door, crossed her arms and yelled at my face THREE times "You are late!!" I tried to be nice and didn't say anything. Then, when I tried to settle down, she yelled at my again with an angry tone "You are late!" I apologized and told them because of road construction on the HW95. I have never experienced anything like this elsewhere. They don't have good customer service, not even people skills. Terrible people! Terrible experience! I thought I was scheduled with the owner but wasnt and the lady I was with couldn't even grasp how to create and even coffin shape and had to pass me to someone else. Took 2 hours and it turned out like this and they tried making me feel bad about getting them to do it right. I'm a hairdresser, I'm also certified with xtreme lash. I obsessed with these girls, they are fast professional and very good at their trade. Ive been to a couple other lash places in town and by far this is the best. Yuki is amaze but her sister is good too. They are open Sunday's so that's great for me since that's my only day off, always on time and friendly. The pedicure lady does a good job. My gel manicure started peeling within three days. I thought I would give them another try, but they didn't even write my appointment in the book. I had called four days prior to schedule, and upon arrival I was allegedly not in the book. Disappointing because the other businesses in the complex are highly professional. I visited this place on Christmas Eve at the suggestion of a friend. First, I will say that the customer service is really good and the nail technician was really nice. I was disappointed that she did not soak off my gel nail polish, but instead filed it down. Immediately, I knew that my normally strong nails were thinned out. While she did a beautiful job on my French manicure, I had my nails chip within the first couple of days due to the filing, and now, roughly eight days later, the polish is also chipping. $63 for a manicure and pedicure that will need to be redone is unacceptable. On top of that, my appointment was at 11:30 a.m. and I did not leave the shop until 2 pm. Two and a half hours? Way too long. read more

I'd give this place a five star but one of the owners, (they're sisters) she was rude. The place is clean and the decor is cute though. The day I went in, she was wearing a pink, GAP, t-shirt. She did my pedicure. Never talked, or smiled and when she moved my feet around, she did it in a very mean manner and hard. You guys don't wanna get her. I only left a tip because I felt I had to. On the other hand, her sister, the other owner, was nice and smiled but the two women who stole the show, were the two Hispanic ladies working there. Josie I think is one but don't know the other. Horrible horrible experience!!!!! I had an appointment on Sunday and it literally took the girl an hour and 45 minutes. In the middle she asked Hannah for help so I wouldn't be there all night! Hannah literally did 5 people pedicures manicure and a full at and eyebrows in te time I was I. The chair. I told her how I like my nails and she just couldn't deliver. I repeated myself over and over that they were lumpy and she said the gel will smooth them out. I was not paying for the final results but mom my paid. I refused. The girl must of been a student by the way they looked. Why would you let a client leave the shop with nails that looked that bad??? I left so pissed off and had to go to another shop to fix them. I scheduled a manicure and a pedicure. I noticed right away that they don't sanitize their tools in between customers. This is unsanitary and it really grosses me out. The container that they were in didn't look clean either. I didn't want to say anything in front of the other customers who seemed like regulars and must not have minded. I just politely said that I decided to just get the manicure and skip the pedicure. As soon as I said that she (I didn't get her name) became very unfriendly. I tried to chit chat a little but it was very uncomfortable! Will not go back again. My nails however, look good and they are reasonably priced. Update Since writing this review, the salon has contacted me twice through yelp to explain that they have over 30 sanipacks. It doesn't matter how many they have if they don't use them. I was sitting right there and watched the technician finish her last customer and start on my nails with the same tools. That's unsanitary. One star is all I can give. They have new girls who can not paint and is very slow. The owner had to jump in and reshape my crooked nails. The paint was poorly done and showed every drop where the brush stopped. The next day my daughter was going to try and get a new set of nails. Wasn't busy, but made her wait over and hour before setting her at a chair where no one showed up for ten minutes later. We walked out and let Cute Nails save the day. Nope. Not happy at all. I called for an appointment for myself and 3 others for a fun girls afternoon. The lady said she could accommodate all 4 of us at noon. So we arrive right at noon. There was only one tech however I think one may have been in the back. Anyway, we waited 20 minutes before getting up and walking out. I understand if they did not have enough techs to take all 4 of us at the same time but the woman working could have at least communicated that. She not once acknowledged the fact that we were even waiting longer than our appointment time. There are to many salons in the area to put up with this. read more
