One thing that was kinda meh - that pre waxing powder was everywhere. Not just on my skin (which is where it should be, but also on my clothes. I was pretty happy with the hairless results, but let me tell you one thing though...the process....IT WAS SPICY! I thought i was used to the pain of hard waxing. Sugaring was on another level. I may give it another try to test out if it was just a one time spiciness issue. :D

The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.
