The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. The house doesn't look good, and he is attempting to charge for services that still don't remove the leaves from the property. Look elsewhere for a landscaping company

First, when we decided to have a playset installed for our kids and have our front yard redone after terrible winter storm damage (removing ruined shrubs, dying trees, replacing with new shrubs and flowers, fixing and re-edging all garden beds, and mulching), we called 5+ landscape design companies. Carlos was one of only 3 to call us back to schedule an estimate. He was one of 2 to show up when he said he would. He listened closely to our needs, asked questions to be sure he understood our goals, and educated us about materials and options available that greatly improved the overall plan. He was the only landscaper to provide the estimate on the timeline he had promised, gave the most detailed estimate, and it was significantly more affordable than the others received. Once work began Carlos and team showed up on time every day, clearly communicated what they would be working on, and worked incredibly hard each day no matter the weather. On a day with thunderstorms they were working both before and after the rain, unlike many companies which would have "called it a day." They cleaned up every day, going so far as to wash dirt off my driveway! The day before the playset assembly they worked until sunset to ensure I wouldn't have to reschedule assembly. When the assembly team came (a separate non-local company chosen by the manufacturer) they told me my landscaper had used very high quality materials and were very impressed with the quality of work, saying it was very rare for them to see site preparation done so professionally. When I told them what I had paid, they were amazed and said the wished All Good was local to them so they could recommend them, that I would have been crazy not to go with them. Now that All Good just returned to finish the playground mulch our yard looks like an advertisement for the playset company! I will absolutely be calling them for all future landscaping needs, including fall and spring clean up and lawn mowing. This is the single best experience I have had as a homeowner with a contractor.
