It's always a problem with this office, sadly my child's doctor and her staff are amazing. I've also been told many times my child can't be seen without any of those receptionist knowing my child's name and the fact that my child is flagged as a high risk and necessary to speak with the doctor first before anything. I don't like dealing with the stress of Omni center when calling. There are many good people there but the experience is ruined by the bad. I have spoken to Board members of Omni because of issues I have come across.

I had severe respiratory problems, my physician was out of town and I was referred to her. Dr. Abraham saved me! She really knows medications and has amazing diagnostic skills. She uses technology to track your medical information, progress and follow up. She is very careful not to over extend her practice and therefore limits how patients she will see and I have rarely waited more than ten minutes to see her. Can't say enough good things about her! In the past she had been told that her next appt was in July but that if anything happened prior to she could just show up for follow up. So We arrived at 9 am and waited till 2 pm. The recommendation after all of that by the office staff was to go to back to the ER we had went to the night before. So cruel.
