They stopped giving confirmation appointments so they could charge for for the missed appointment, but call you to tell you that you missed your appointment and if you'd like to schedule another one in an outrageous time in the future, then the cycle continues. They've seriously gotten so lazy. And good luck trying to get in an exam and cleaning. I called to make an appointment for both an annual exam and cleaning because I'll finally be home but was told that the next available cleaning was in 3 months. I was able to get an exam appointment though. They leave no time in their work day for exceptions or emergency cases. So if you knock out or chip a tooth really bad, it's going to stay that way. During the exams, Dr. Delos Reyes rushes while he probes at your teeth, and doesn't communicate with you aside from the standard "how are you today?" I haven't seen the inside of this office for years, even though I've been trying to. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who doesn't know what my schedule is going to look like in 3 or 4 months, so I'm uncomfortable setting the appointment. I've been so frustrated with this office for 2+ years that I'm finally leaving! If I'm going to spend money on a doctor, it's going to be one I can count on and who actually genuinely cares about treating the patient as opposed to making money!!!!!!!! Even Planned Parenthood makes confirmation calls, and their services are free!! I am so glad that I went to Terrio because the staff l was caring, patient, and a fun bunch to be around with. They made therapy an enjoyment and didn't feel like a chore. The Terrio team have all the equipment you can think of and they work together so it's a great atmosphere to be in. I am happy to report that Terrio people are miracle workers and my ankles are much stronger, I have not fallen and I'm back in heels! Yay!!! ! It's a little things in life that matter! We have been transporting my dad here and our schedules are all over the place. Customer service has been very good. They take care of my dad and are patient. So I feel comfortable that he is under their care. Doctor is also very friendly, caring and professional. Terrio Therapy is also located in a good, safe area with plenty of parking and it's next to an Auto-zone. So I can do some quick shopping while my dad does his thing. I came to Dr shah with the diagnosis and summary printed out so he could keep it in my sons chart and so he could also look over it, I was shocked by how he refused to even take his time to go over it because it wasn't in his scope of practice. He simply handed it back to me after I insisted he keep it for his records. I then brought him social services forms that I needed to be filled out and was told that no other Dr wanted to fill them out and that they kept sending me to him because they wanted to put it all on him. Again I was turned away. When I asked for his medical records he quickly jumped to ask if I was going to take my son to a different provider, which I will definitely be doing. Two days later he called wanting to speak to me about the forms how he spoke to my son's neurologist and that she would fill them out just to be told by the neurologist that she never spoke to him, leaving me at a dead end. He then proceeded to state that if I decided to take my son to a different pediatrician that I wouldn't be seeing the pediatrician and that no one will get him in with 48 hours if my son ever needed to be seen. Yet every time I needed to get him seen or when he would see him instead of prescribing or helping him he sends us to the ER. All to be told by the ER that it's not an ER case but a PCP case. I had my sons caseworker call his office to figure out why he refused to keep the diagnosis and why he didn't want to sign anything all for him to put the MA in the middle and not come to the phone. Honestly I was left with no words he sees that my son needs the help and still does nothing to help him. 0/10 don't recommend if your child has any disability. The front girls have always been so kind and helpful with any questions this review is only for the provider.

Where do I begin?…read more Dr. Suesberry is recognized as a wonderful physician and has serviced Delano for probably more years than I have been born and unfortunately is the only Ear Nose and Throat specialist in Delano, matter fact, he was my ENT as a child. Dr. Suesberry was my oldest son's ENT specialist and during the time my son received services, I felt very uncomfortable every single time we visited this office. We were always talked down to as if we should already know about everything related to the ENT and if we did not know, we were belittled every single time by the physician. When going over my son's condition the doctor was always condescending and it always felt unwelcoming. Til this day, I don't know if my son was born hard of hearing/deaf because when I asked that question to Dr. Suesberry, his response would always be "your son doesn't know how to respond, so there is no way we can tell if he can hear". Years later, I'm being told by so many different people that ENT's have devices that are able to measure or read an infants hearing with that device; however, I was told by this physician who specializes in that particular specialty that he was not able to determine that at the time. I would never recommend anyone to this physician because of the service we received. As a parent, we always put our trust in doctors and always depend on their expertise to help us or to guide us to the correct path on helping our children or ourselves and because of the way we were treated in this office, I don't feel it was professional at all. I read the other review and they had a pleasant experience, glad someone had a positive experience as I would never go back to this doctor. I'm not saying he's a bad person, I'm just letting you know about my experience in this office and that I trusted this physician who has so much years of experience to help my child and we did not get the service or experience that we hoped for.
