The amazing trio of Trey, Frank, and Gerardo is unbeatable. They were professional, timely, and genuinely kind human beings. Setting the bar way too high, boys. This was a three-step process for us. We needed about 25 blinds done for our newly built home and had no idea where to start. Trey was the first person we encountered. I mean the guy just knows his stuff. He consulted us on what would look great based on our interior taste, measured everything out, and gave us two separate quotes for blinds vs shutters. Also, fun fact: the guy came out ON HIS BIRTHDAY to do this. Trey provided his expert opinion on what would look fitting for the home, and I trusted him with my life. I mean ask the guy for his professional portfolio as a fashion consultant pre-blinds. After a few weeks time (blinds needed time to get custom-fitted), Gerardo came out to do the installation. This guy is probably the nicest guy I've ever met. He did everything that was listed in a timely manner (about 3 hrs for 25 blinds + 5 curtain rod installations), and even made the time to walk us through everything that was done and let us know about a little minor hiccup that they guaranteed to go back and fix (and I mean minor guys.. like something no one would ever notice unless you call it out). After all was said and done, Frank followed up through text and lets us know what Gerardo had relayed. He proceeds to schedule out a date and time to drive out to fix the minor issue. Sure enough, Frank did exactly what he said he would do with no added cost. Literally a small bead replacement because the color was off. From beginning to end, the entire experience was so pleasant, which just makes you feel good about every dollar you're investing in new blinds. I probably will never look elsewhere for future blinds needs, and will absolutely refer everyone to Budget Blinds (which I have btw... and Budget Blinds taking real good care of 'em as we speak).

Trey came out to our house and presented us with a lot of options and helped us pick out something that would work with our room, and took measurements of our windows. Unfortunately there was a problem with our first fabric choice not being available in the size for our large windows, but Trey came back out and worked with us to pick an alternative. This ended up being slightly more expensive but they honored the original price, which was much appreciated. The installation went very smoothly and was super quick. Installers were friendly and professional and done within half an hour or so. The new roller shades we ordered look fantastic, and totally transformed the look of our living room. It's now much brighter and feels more spacious, and we can still enjoy our view of the hills without the glare of the afternoon sun. Very happy with how everything worked out!

Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. While we opted to go with another vendor for our project (to NO fault of JMR), I will say that Patty was in touch with me since I first reached out until when I informed her about selecting someone else. She set-up a consultation appointment with me, showed up on time was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the best options that they could offer (without compromising quality or the risk of losing warranty) during her visit. She gave us a quote/proposal fairly quickly and followed up with me for any questions I may still have. Every question/clarification that popped up in my head after my appointment with her that I texted, I got an immediate response. When I shared with her that we decided to go with another vendor, she asked for more information from me so they can maybe potentially offer what we needed for future clients. In the end, she even wished us well for our project! Now THAT is how you run your business!!! They took for ever to schedule a day to come to install our shutters and when we called they said that they were waiting on measurements to be done that that had already done 2 weeks prior. The day they finally installed the shutters they brought the wrong equipment for our sliding door and same situation bad communication on them and scheduling no shows to finally bring the correct product. When they finally brought us the correct product one side was faulty been waiting since early MAY for a plastic piece to fix the problem they gave us a date they'd show up and ddnt show up then they showed up the day after my spouse delivered our child and asked where we were and after we explained our situation I believe her name is Quinn asked " so can we show up " because they drove all the way out to fix the part again I highly do not recommend this place only good thing I can say is the installers were polite quick and did a great job with the install for the correct products they did bring but management and ownership is terrible !

Bryan walked us through different patterns, materials, and styles, explaining how each option worked. We ended up choosing the perfect color combination and materials for our space. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality you get in return is on another level. Bryan wasn't just the installer, he's also the owner. That alone gave us peace of mind, knowing the job would be done right. All of our shutters were custom-made from scratch using durable, long‑lasting materials. The transformation was huge. Once everything was installed, the difference was night and day! The new white shutters replaced our old, flimsy blinds that never fit properly and were missing pieces. We chose a 50/50 split design so we can open or close the top and bottom sections independently, giving us maximum control over lighting and privacy.
