After calling several shutter and blind places, I found perfect shutters. I gave them a call and [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ignacio, which is the owner, answered my call and I explained to him that I would like to have done which was autonomous drapes with a few Roman shades. We scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, he came on time and explained to me in great detail every step of the process[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He was very respectful, honest, and knowledgeable. He measured all the windows and explained everything to me. He was very attentive to what design I was going for. Before leaving, he even provided all the windows with temporary blinds, free of charge. The next day, he called me with pricing. He even was flexible on the pricing. I can feel that he really cared and wanted to give me the best price possible. Autonomous drapes are very expensive. Come to find out, but Ignacio did his best in helping me with the price and I believe it was fair. After going in detail, the pricing a down payment was given, which was very reasonable and the material was ordered. Everything was custom so it took 4 weeks which is faster than other companies. After the four weeks, he came out with his crew and they installed the drapes and Roman shades. They started at 8 AM and didn't finish till 5 PM. It was a lot of work and a lot of material. After I approved of everything, they double checked to make sure measurements were good and adjusted the drapes so they have a "floating look" on the floor like they are hovering.
