We had worked with an independent designer on our back yard project, so we had detailed drawings, measurements and visual renderings for Ernesto to work with. Ernesto provided the initial estimate within a week. Ernesto worked diligently with us to provide what we wanted in our budget. Ernesto is a Class A licensed contractor registered with VA DPOR. He pulled all applicable permits and coordinated all inspections for our project. It took about 3 months to complete our 3300 sqft patio.
