We got quotes…read morefrom 3 different vendors, and Julio, the owner, came out, looked over the house, and gave a reasonable quote that included replacing some areas with rotten wood, and patching some stucco that had fallen off. While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice. We definitely picked the right people to do the job.

Our upstairs neighbor had faulty appliances that wrecked our unit's (which was below) bathroom and closet with water damage.
