They can clean and repair any issues, and know what they're doing! Their prices compare pretty close to other well known jewelers. My only complaint is the parking -- on center street in Provo! It's not their fault by any means -- but it's a royal pain to find a spot to park!

The first watch is a Native American Zuni silver watchband that because of its shape was impossible to find a watch that fit it. I have literally searched for years to find a watch and had pretty much given up. I was referred to Mullett-Hoover and within minutes they found a watch that fit perfectly. The second is a Stuhrling Prestige that had a cracked crystal. I was told by another watch repair shop that it was impossible to fix. Because of the design of the watch there would be extensive damage when trying to replace the crystal. Not a problem for Mullett-Hoover. I dropped the watch off and about a week later it was returned as good as new. This place is amazing and it seems like they can perform magic. I really believe that if your watch can not be repaired here then it can not be repaired anywhere.

After searching several sites to have a bronze…read moremarker made for my mother's grave, they were the only ones who got right back to me, sent me mockups within an hour and we had our memorial marker chosen in 3 hours. The price was very reasonable (about 1/3 of the price the cemetery would have charged).Char was very easy to work with and put our order ahead of others so we could get delivery by mid September. I see that they have a bad review from someone, and I don't know how they could be so unhappy. Char has gone out of the way to give us excellent customer service. As a small business owner myself (we have a limousine company in Oregon), I know how important customer service is, and Char and CR Bronzeworks have gone above and beyond. No one else I dealt with in dealing with my mother's death has come close to their service. I highly recommend them.

Initial interactions were pleasant but…read moreif questions were asked about styles of blanks available, font options or spacing, they were not answered timely or completely. The owner is very unorganized. Multiple times I was told, "I'll get that back to you today", or I'll give you several options tomorrow", and days, or a week would go by with no communication. When I initiated communication again, I was responded to in a defensive manner, as if I was being unreasonable or a bother. Some of the excuses I received were: "I am not sure what we have available because it is unorganized and in a lot of different places." "We don't work on Friday, but I'm doing you a favor by responding today." "We have had two deaths in the family." "There is a forest fire." "I don't live close to the facility." The last response from Char was on August 13, 2018: "I had a major tooth ache this weekend. I'm heading into the dentist in an hour. I will get this laid out onto the pattern as soon as I can. This is something we normally never do for people. The foundry is 30 minutes away from my office. This is something that I can only do, the girls at the shop can't take the time to stop what they are doing. So if I need it done, I have to do it." (What does that even mean? That you don't want to deal with the public? Or my business? ) It is September 1st and I have still not heard back from Char. I had a tragic death in my family. I wanted an uncomplicated marker. Somehow, through a tangled web of emails and texts I am left with no marker ordered, and feeling like I am crazy or a 'difficult person' or as if what I wanted was a really complicated and special thing. I will say that if the website gave all the markers available, and explained what size and kind of fonts were available, there would not be so much confusion. If Char had better software which enabled her to space letters accurately for one to visualize beforehand...or if she even had reassured me that they would use the appropriate size and spacing to make it look good, I would not have requested to see more detail. If she had just answered my questions in the first email completely, instead of picking one and responding back quickly each time, perhaps we could have accomplished what should have been a simple order, in one day. Some things are not worth it. We are still recovering from a very difficult death involving several months at Children's Hospital in a cardiac ICU. We did not need another unnecessary hardship on top of that. If I could go back in time and get the month plus of frustration and angst over this marker back, I would. So after the 8/13/2018 rude response, I finally got the message: CR Bronzeworks does not want to deal with the public, and they are not equipped to do this easily and professionally. Even though it was considerably more expensive, I contacted Jennifer at 'Love Markers'. We had one conversation on the phone and one hour later she emailed me back several options. That day, I changed one thing and she emailed me back several options. Boom! We reached a decision and ordered our marker. There is a considerable price difference, but still a lot cheaper than going through the funeral home or local monument company. I was shocked at how easy and professional the process was, and am validated that I am not unreasonable, anal or overly difficult.

I spent 10 months trying to figure out the kind of person that I wanted to be. With the kind of people that I wanted to have in my life. It was a very tough transition there but the girls and staff welcome you with open arms and bright smiles. New Haven strips you of all of your negative and connotative thoughts and changes your mindset on the world. They have a wonderful set up of where you can attend sobriety groups off campus when you reach a certain phase. There are 5 phases. Safety (You are on it the day you arrive), Expectation (Which is team and you slowly start to build trust to earn your next phase:), Exploration (You can be out of sight of staff for 15 minutes. You don't have to consistently be with staff.), Insight (On this phase you can start going on home passes and learning how to reintegrate back into everyday life), Integrity (On this phase you get your phone privileges and can have your phone each day 2 hours and on weekends 4 hours!! You can also get to go on fun passes with a staff of your choice and get off campus a couple of hours!!) and finally Interdependence (This is the transition stage. You get to have your phone with you at all times, -- minus night time-- you get to keep a backpack with you at all times. You get to have your own food. You can go in fun passes whenever you want and you can be out of sight of staff for 4 hours, on or off campus!!) New Haven truly works for individuals and families. It helped to change and shape my life for the better and my family dynamic has never been better since I have returned home. New Haven saved my life and helped me see that there was more to life than drugs and alcohol. That I could learn how to have Healthy boundaries with people, have healthy relationships, and continue to stay sober with the provided Recovery groups. I would 10,000,000 out of 10 recommend that you send your daughter if she is struggling to the New Haven Spanish Fork campus. Thank you staff!!
