We stopped to visit this business to order a headstone for a loved one. We were barely acknowledged when we entered. The person working barely looked up from his computer. Never stood up, never said he was sorry for our loss, never seemed like he cared about us or our business. When we asked about colors, he said to look at the wall "they are all there". When we asked about styles, he said "look at the books on that table, we can order whatever you want". When we said we would be back in later in the day, he said " I have a truck coming in today, I hope you don't come when the truck is here." We never came back. We went to another business who greated us immeately, expressed sympathy, and walked us through the entire process like they wanted to help us create the perfect memorial stone. read more

We have ordered 13 stones from this company over 21 years which was formally (petstonesusa.com) now etched in stone memorials. The worst quality of anything I have ever purchased and they are still using the old website. They agreed to redo ours after I sent email and pictures and never received it and they will not answer back or respond to my emails. The picture is so distorted you can't even see it and the writing is not in white like I ordered and can't even read it. Don't waste your money. read more
