These guys are great. From making the appointment to talking to them and getting serviced. They work fast and are professional all the way through. I bring my cars to them for tires all the time. I brought my sons Nissan to this auto shop and I spoke to a gentleman name Dave and he assured me that I could bring the car in in a couple hours and I would have it soon from the time that they took the car in. In approximately two hours, I got a phone call that the car was done. The oil changed the tires rotated and the dashboard light reset exactly the way Dave said it would be which makes me want to give these people five stars. read more

Full service shop! Not just tires! So happy I found this place. I stumbled across it when looking for tires, and have been back for multiple services. I worked at a family garage a long time ago, and this place has the same excellent and honest service. The managers, and Renado J.R., know they're stuff and give good advice. They don't look to add services or gouge prices. When they heard I had bought a used car for my son they took the time to great detail checking it over and walked me through everything. It's this type of care and service that will keep me coming here. Many times I or my wife have dealt with dishonest service at other facilities. Came in for tire rotation. Was told when I called come "anytime". Will be 60-90 minutes. When I got here I said how long. They said start in 60-90 Miscommunication. Just just make sure to have it straight. They are sometimes in a rush. I just know that after sitting for 90 my blood pressure was getting high and they said mam. We said we'd start in 90! I came in for a Wheel Alignment. Nothing else! Renato called me the next day upselling telling me that I need to fix other items before the Wheel Alignment! I was told I had to fix struts, shocks, tire rods, rear suspension, ball joints and axles. it all came to $1447, I needed my car & agreed. it wasn't until afterw I paid that they mentioned negotiating? Very confusing & coy. Its clear Renato & Dan just wanted to make the sale. I was offered NO options. Each time I would get a callback in regards to my car I was told I had to fix a different suspension part. My bill came to $1450 I paid $1747 because I was told I was charged for tire rods. I just wanted my car. I paid & was given my keys. That's it! No explanation of what I paid for nor was I shown mechanically or under the lift what I paid for. I was given a sheet of paper & was read what was allegedly fixed. I drove my car for 4 hours then towed it back because it would not go over 40mph. I bought my car back the next day. ETD was a total disconvenience, they were untruthful & they could not tell me what was wrong with my car. They used NO diagnostic or computer to acknowledge the issue. Renato told me to go to Amoco up the block after I spent my money at ETD but yet my car was not drivable after they charged me $1747. I was never told what parts I paid for, or shown what was fixed. I compared their invoices to other shops & it was unfair what I was charged. I called the manager Dave & he talked over me while refusing to compromise in anyway. Beware of these people! They're unaccountable for none of their actions. I am pursuing this with the Consumer Affairs & BBB. This company has monetary settled with NJ Consumer Affairs for lying to previous customers back in 2005. You can look that & other complaints up on the internet. Not only did they get replacement tires (4 OEMs) in less than 12 hours, they performed an alignment and brake service for literally 1/4 of the cost of a dealer. 2nd visit was even better when I had an emergency sidewall puncture and since they had me under warranty, got a replacement ordered and will have it installed in less than 24 hours. Awesome tire shop and friendly service. My car suffered a flat tire due to a nail so i had to tow the car to the shop to get it patched up. There was very little wait time and I was in and out in under an hour. Staff was very nice, there were coffee and hot chocolate for waiting customers. They also have full service for oil change and brake replacement. This is fairly close to my house so I do intend on bringing my car here for future services!! This is an overdue review! I had the pleasure of taking my car to the Hackensack location and I was so incredibly impressed with the amazing customer service! It was the day after Christmas, and I needed tires. I called several local places and the customer services was non-existent. I then called ETD and spoke with Dave - he was so upbeat and professional and told me head over and if the tires were in stock, he'd be happy to help. I was greeted by Dave and associates upon arrival with enthusiasm. The facility is beautiful - pristine and clean and comfortable- (with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available for customers). An associate looked at my tires immediately and great news! They had the tires in stock and could do it immediately :) I asked if they could check my brakes while they had the car on the lift and of course, let them know I had no expectation they could fit me in at the last minute. I was having such a positive experience, I knew right away I would be coming back to ETD. As I suspected, I did need new pads and rotors and they could fit me in that day if I was okay to wait or come back in a couple of hours. I chose to wait and along with a good book and lots of hot chocolate on a chilly day, I settled in to the comfy lobby. Dave was even kind enough to let me borrow his phone charger. Hands down the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Dave and staff were super communicative and took the time to painstakingly explain EVERYTHING to me in great detail. No pressure or upselling. Dave and staff engaged in fun conversation to help me pass the time and it was overall an incredibly fantastic experience. My jeep is in tip top shape and I couldn't be happier. I found their prices extremely reasonable given the amount of work done - labor is expensive and because they took the time to detail everything, I knew I was not being taken advantage of.
