Excellent Carwash at an amazing price. The location and monthly membership make it super convenient. Plus, the quality of the wash is great. Their staff and machines do an excellent job of getting into the difficult areas other washes miss. And they actually use a proper amount of suds/product to clean the vehicle. Very bad service & always report other car issues in order to add more services and charge, also for the car wash the Indian guy by the car wash is a lier and thief, when I got to the start of the car wash it started to rain he told to take the best for $35 dollars they will clean the inside and I can come tomorrow and they will wash the car. Car wash isn't great at all and the oil change is horrible. They tightened my cap too much and it made it difficult for the next oil change. Now it's stuck. Also, they said my tire was fine and it wasn't, still had a nail and went flat. They're incompetent here, don't go. read more

I used to go to this car wash when it was Mike's. They changed owners sometime last year. I came here for the first time last month, and asked for a "Better" wash. I think it was $14 (about a buck less than I paid at Mike's). The attendant/cashier outside was really sweet and chipper. I stayed in the car as it was washed (which I never did before. Very cool!) Got to see the machinery suds up and rinse off my car. I came out, and the wash attendant dried off my car, but said "no vacuum!" I was a bit confused. I would assume with a "Better" wash, vacuuming was included? For about a buck more, I always had my mats cleaned, exterior AND interior cleaned and dried. Now, my car looked amazing on the outside, but still a dusty, dirty mess inside. I went on their website when I got home because I thought it was a mistake. But you definitely have to pay extra for a vacuum. So basically, it's saying I have to add $19 on top of the $14 paid? Or am I reading this wrong? If it's $19 for everything, I can deal with that. I have been going to pelican car wash & lube for a while now, mostly for oil change and car wash . first off the staff are Friendly and polite. The service are awesome and it's fast, They give you a detail print out at the end of your service or oil change and you get a free car wash. What place does that? All of the other car wash places in service Centers on route 17 don't even come close. The owner of the place, is nice an understanding and he hears you out if you have a problem with your car which I did at one time and he help me out . I highly recommend Pelican Car Wash and Lube. Not the overall worst car wash I had, but I asked for the Best service with exterior and interior ($33- a bit pricey, but I was expecting great things). I went through the exterior wash and was directed to go to a spot for them to clean the interior. As soon as I left the car I put a $5 tip in and stepped aside for the workers to do there thing. Usually it takes about 20 mins for a good car wash interior to be done if not longer, even with a few guys this felt less than 15. When I got, back in, I noticed the following: a plastic bag that I had trash in was not thrown out (they might have not realize even tho I thought it was obviously trash). A dunkin donuts cup in the cupholder wasnt thrown out, that should've been obvious. The leather seats probably couldve been wiped down a bit better. and the carpets werent washed, there was dog hair on it. I know its not always possible to get every hair out, but the amount that I saw was a bit more then when I've gone to other car washes. Benefit of the doubt I got there about 10 minutes before there "closing" time, so they might have been in a rush to get out of work. However 2 other cars came after closing and were also being serviced. Would I go here again? Maybe, I would considering giving them another chance but the high price and mediocre job would not be forgiven a second time. read more

I said no, went to auto store and bought replacement. Went to install only to find a clean filter.my granddaughter told me her friend had changed it a month ago.what a rip off.
