This review is LONG OVERDUE, but my sentiments regarding Char's work are exactly the same...BEST EVER!! I got my brows done about two years ago, I actually won them (LOL) from an IG contest, and it's been brow paradise ever since. I've always struggled with my brows, those over plucking teen years definitely took a toll and the tails never grew back correctly. My right brow had a natural arch and the left brow...well...it flat lined. And, to make matters worse, my left eye sits a bit a lower than my right eye so my brows were definitely a disaster. UGH. !!! CHAR SAVED MY BROWS !!! First impression of Eternal Beauty - SLEEK, BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING, COMFORTABLE. Charlene is extremely professional. She communicates effectively, and her response time is super quick. She answered all of my questions and she never made me feel like I was bugging her or overwhelming her with, "What ifs," or "How abouts." Her appointment takes about 3 hours, but every minute is spent making sure your brows are all mapped out right for your face. She also caters to each clients' individual needs since everyone's skin and healing is so different. For my first touch-up we agreed to go bolder and thicker, and also switch to a different technique. It was totally worth it because after 1 year my brows were still looking good without makeup. I went back today for an annual touch-up because some areas on my brows were sparse, so Char worked her magic to bring them back to life! She also has clear after-care instructions to allow for a smooth healing process. You gotta take care of them for the first week, so don't pick at em! This is from my experience-I asked that my eyebrow and shape be retained just micro bladed in and filled in to make them more defined- definitely not what she achieved. I'm not saying that the owner/artist Char is bad at what she does, obviously people are happy with the work that they had done on them . But it's just isn't up to par with what I wanted for myself. When my eyebrows were finished it looked like a blind drag queen tried to draw on my brows. And to top it off, they were red and hot and wouldn't stop oozing, bleeding. I had seen a doctor and they had mentioned that the person who performed the service had gone a lot deeper than what necessary causing damage to my tissues making them ooze which also caused part of the brows to completely come off. People, I had half of one brow completely off and the other one spoty for about 2 weeks! I was given antibiotics to prevent infection then to top it off I had to have the rest of the blotched eyebrow job removed by lasers costing a s*it load of money. Then had to wait 6 weeks after so that I could get everything redone by someone that actually knew how to do the procedure correctly and that matched my face shape instead of having the same thick block like structure (which I think is what she is comfortable with or her preference) I personally would not recommend this business. Also, she seemed distracted by answering her cell phone/messages which is super unprofessional in my opinion. Also be weary about the paperwork you sign, it's a non refundable service... so no recourse people. read more
