This certainly makes it easier on families because furniture shopping can sometimes take a while. The furniture quality varies. Some things may seem on-par with IKEA and some things seem better built. Compared to a furniture store like Ashley, I would say there are more options and most things are placed in the same place so you're not having to walk an entire store specifically to find beds/couches, since other stores tend to create "put-together" collections. Service is attentive for sure and there's very little pressure probably because this Living Spaces store is still so new. I'm definitely anticipating the other Living Spaces location opening in Dunwoody since it'll be closer. It'll be interesting to see if it's as good as this location.

Fast forward to recently when my very large uncle decided to take a seat. I will not name names to protect the guilty, but let's just say physics entered the chat. The support straps underneath finally gave up after nearly a decade of loyal service and down he went. No injuries, just a bruised ego and a very offended couch. I did what any reasonable person would do and spent way too much time searching the internet for replacement straps or someone who could fix it. Nothing. Dead ends everywhere. Then it hit me. Why not go back to where it all started? So I walked into Casual Living not expecting much, but hoping for a miracle. After a bit of digging on the computer, an employee looked up and said they might have something in the back. She disappeared like she was on a mission. While she was gone, I wandered the showroom and immediately got myself into financial danger. The place is basically an outdoor paradise. Beautiful patio setups, grills that make you want to host a cookout immediately, and enough inspiration to convince you that your backyard should be featured in a magazine. A few minutes later she reappears, casually holding the exact replacement frame like she just pulled Excalibur from the stone. I did not even hesitate. Take my money. They rang me up and I also found a side table that sparked a little inspiration for how I want to set up the space. That inspiration followed me home and led to me ordering a beautiful Robert Louis Tiffany lamp separately to complete the vision. In a world where customer service can feel like a lost art, this place absolutely delivers. They did not just sell me furniture. They saved my favorite nap spot and gave me ideas that turned into a full sunroom glow up. Highly recommend if you appreciate great service, beautiful pieces, and the occasional heroic rescue of a well loved couch.

My experience was filled with lies, broken promises, wasted workdays, and disgraceful customer service. My wife and I are expecting a baby, and pregnancy has made sleeping difficult for her. Since our old bed was broken, I wanted to buy her a comfortable mattress and adjustable base. We purchased both from this store in early June, and it quickly became a complete nightmare. Before purchasing, I showed the sales representative a photo of our bed frame and specifically asked whether the adjustable base would fit. He confidently said yes. When the delivery person arrived, he claimed it would not fit and told me to reschedule so I could get rid of the bed frame and not "waste his time." When I explained what the sales representative had told me, he rudely said, "The sales representative knows nothing. I'm the one who does the job." I insisted that he put the base inside the frame and agreed to accept responsibility if anything happened. He finally did--and it fit perfectly. FIRST LIE. While assembling the base, he also claimed that the legs could not be adjusted, even though they clearly could. After he left, I lowered them myself. SECOND LIE. The mattress they brought was filthy and appeared contaminated, so I refused it and requested a replacement. The sales representative promised another mattress within two days. I stayed home all afternoon and evening and arrived late to my night-shift job waiting for it. Nothing was delivered. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. Michael, who identified himself as the store manager, then promised to personally handle the problem and schedule another delivery. I trusted him and wasted another workday waiting. Again, nothing arrived. They promised a third delivery date and offered two pillows as an apology. I rearranged my schedule again. Third wasted day. Third broken promise. Still no mattress. I finally requested a refund and asked them to collect the adjustable base because it was useless without the mattress. They promised to pick it up within three days and refund me afterward. Once again, I waited all day, and nobody showed up. I disputed the transaction with my bank because I never received the complete order I paid for. I also told Michael that my house was too small to store the base indefinitely and that I would leave it outside for collection because I needed to buy another bed elsewhere for my pregnant wife. The base disappeared one day after I placed it outside, so I believe it was collected. However, about a month later, my bank told me the store used its "non-returnable" policy to fight my dispute. I lost approximately an entire week's salary on a base that I no longer have. The store never delivered the mattress, repeatedly ignored scheduled appointments, and refused to make the situation right. In my experience, this felt like a calculated bait-and-delay scheme: take the customer's money, repeatedly postpone delivery until the customer is forced to buy elsewhere, and then hide behind a non-returnable policy. Their conduct was dishonest, disrespectful, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. They wasted multiple days of my life, interfered with my job, caused enormous stress during my wife's pregnancy, and left me paying for merchandise I no longer possess. DO NOT TRUST THEIR PROMISES. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR DELIVERY DATES. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, ANGER, AND FINANCIAL LOSS--STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
