I tried my best to do what I could with putting certain items where I saw the same of that item, but this is inexcusable. When associates restock shelves, do they ever quality assurance the store? I think it would be a good idea. But since this store had what I was looking for and new things, I will not review too harshly.

I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair.
