I had to find out this information from the selling agents escrow company (Phoenix escrow group) because my agent Rachele Lacey didn't think it was important information to share with me even though I was the client! She was just continuing to push through the transaction hoping I wouldn't ask any questions because she was desperate for a commission check! She under valued my home and never showed me the appraisal on my property, however, the property that we were buying and had to cancel, recently put that house back on the market & they increased their price based on what the house appraised for, I find that ironic! All these agents are in cahoots together it's sickening how they gouge you, into paying top commission for services that aren't worth a dime of time! I would highly recommend doing your research on finding the right agent and DO NOT use Zillow agents because they're worthless, rude, condescending, and unprofessional!
