UPDATE: Returned for more Daxxify SIX and a half months after my first procedure. Did not need it before now. Also, the price is less a unit than what I have previously paid for Dysport or Botox, but lasted 2-3 times longer. I received it Tuesday and today is Thursday and my forehead is already set. Amazing. 2025: So very impressed with this place. Haven't found a place I liked since moving here 7 years ago so I have been traveling to my old spot every few months for Dysport. Rating: I am beyond disappointed with the management and customer service at Ethereal Aesthetics. I previously purchased a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" filler package, but when I returned to use my final treatment, I was informed it had expired after 6 months--a "policy" that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Losing a $600 credit due to a lack of transparency is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the complete lack of flexibility. I actually brought a friend in for a consultation (referring new business to them), and while we were there, I asked to add a few units of Botox to my own visit. Despite already being in the office, I was told I'd have to make a separate appointment. Between the hidden expiration dates and the unwillingness to accommodate a loyal client who is actively referring others, it's clear this office values rigid internal rules over patient relationships. I won't be returning, and I've advised my friend to look elsewhere as well. read more

My face, my choice! *I read your reply. I was weighing out my options. Customers should be allowed to review all options. The only injections I have had is tox. I'm still learning about options and which products are the best fit. I should not be told what to inject, it should be a partnership and agreement between the injector and customer. Ethereal Aesthetics is not transparent with pricing or best options. In other words, injector doesn't explain how patients can get the most bang for their buck, i.e. Botox versus Daxxify. Originally, injector wanted to inject 50 units Botox to soften wrinkles, PDRN under my eyes, and filler in my chin, jowls, and jawline- even though I told her I only wanted filler in my chin. After the consultation, I followed up with texts. I asked about daxxify - because it lasts longer than Botox for the same price (do your research). I confirmed on the text that daxxify requires double the units that Botox requires- and that is how I came up with 80 units of daxxify. I did not state how many units to inject per area, I simply requested less than double (80 units, double would have been 100 units) of daxxify that she quoted me for the (50 units) of Botox- because I wanted to know the cost prior to my appointment. I don't need PDRN. Originally, office quoted $1500- without providing a breakdown cost sheet. After deciding what I wanted, I estimate it would have cut my cost in half, and that is why she canceled. I would not recommend only injector in office AKA the business owner. We did text back-and-forth, because she didn't provide ALL options, and I did my research. I had more questions and I asked twice for a second consultation. I want to be conservative with tox and filler. Recommending to inject me with filler (i.e. jaw and jowls) when it's not needed, attempting to up-charge me, cancel because I wanted less work, and you would make less money- I respect your decision. read more

I was greeted by Alex a very nice handsome man, who told me to have a seat, offered me a refreshment and said they would be ready for me soon. Summer, the Anestician came out and guided me back to a room and made me comfortable. She was caring, professional and talked me through the entire process.
