Each adjustment was EXACTLY the same as the prior appointment. I have been to many Chiro places and it didn't help. The only reason it is a two star and not a one star rating is due to access and the Massage. You can always get an appointment. The massages were amazing and goal oriented to resolve pain.

The owner did not offer to discount the massage due to my experience. Instead, she quickly excused herself to "make sure I give him a mint before his next appointment". To make things even worse, on my next appointment when I needed to cancel two hours prior due to a personal situation I was told I would be charged $55 for the late cancellation. My suggestion is to earn customer loyalty.
