She was brutally honest and told me my hair was too damaged & fagil for bleach that day (not to mention purple from using the wrong shampoo and 4 different shades of blond). I went back 2 more times for color correction and conditioning treatments. Along the way, Seline made me feel at home (offered café) and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair at home. When I was finally ready for bleach, I got the perfect warm blond color I always wanted. She took pictures and really studied my situation for the best plan of action. Highly recommend this salon. Since first impressions aren't always accurate, I thought I'd give it another chance. Second cut was awful (same stylist)! I will not be going back. In addition to a bad cut and the pricing issue, the atmosphere of the place was not relaxing. It was loud...many of the stylist seem to be loud talkers.
