The hair system was refreshing and allowed me to wear my hair down for THREE days (photo 1). The cut however is what I'm most impressed with. After using my own shampoo, no heat, no products my hair has body (photo 2). I'm 32 and have had $10 haircuts at Holiday and $150 haircuts in NYC. I always give stylist creative control, just make it look thicker. IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED! And by my little sister Brittany, who recently graduated cosmo school no less! How would you as an owner appreciate spending almost $1000 on your hair, being forced to go back to the salon almost 4 times because" your color expert" can't get you the color you asked for, then over the next 3 months you lose ALL the hair your stylist lightened? How would YOU feel about that ? Be honest and dont use the customer service auto response "im sorry you felt you had a bad experience ". I didnt feel anything, it WAS an awfull thing to put trust in a stranger and then 50% of my hair break off.
