Absolutely the best facials and massages around!! Cindi's fingers are magic. I have seen her once a month for years. She listens to my needs but also can feel areas that need some extra TLC and work out those knots. Kerian has transformed my skin. I love that she takes the time to educate me on the process and the products. I've struggled with break outs because of the masks and she has helped me to clear up those areas as well. read more

Had a 90 min massage with Cindy today, and it was magical. She truly listened to my needs and got rid of a huge migraine I walked in with! I would give this place a 0 if it wasn't for the spa technicians that did a great job. However from the moment I contacted the place I was treated rudely by the manager and she was just plain rude during our visit. To the point of just making me and my group feel just unwelcome and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Just because of that, we will never go to that place again. Recently I absolutely loved a new facial from Kerian with a new range of products called Rhonda Allison, it's hands down my fave one so far (and I get them regularly). The take home travel size are perfect for my profession that also requires me to be on camera and under lights. I love that no two facials are the same as she will change her plan on the fly based upon what she is seeing and the results are amazing! A friend booked a 3 hour spa package for both of us while I was in town. Several days before our spa day, the salon called to inform us they could not provide the third item in our package, the wash and blow dry. Instead we were told, not offered an express pedicure. My friend agreed when she was told that there would be two nail technicians and the pedicure would be done simultaneously. We agreed only because we felt we had no other options. The massage I received was excellent, the therapist professional. I would recommend her services. The esthetician was loony. Talked constantly about, well, nothing. Would not recommend her services. My friend finished and changed before me, and was already into her pedicure when I arrived into the nail area. I was told to chose my color and wait. Not having made the reservation I wasn't clear what should happen, but my friend immediately asked where's the other technician. We were told this technician would be doing my pedicure as well. At that point we were going into hour 4 in the salon, so I decided to forgo the pedicure and move on with the rest of the day. As far as spas go, not horrible but certainly not great. The employes were pleasant, including the loony tune doing the facials, and about what I expected for a small town spa, just very disappointed the package we reserved wasn't provided nor were the services as expected. My favorite combo is an express facial, 60 minute massage with 30 minutes of reflexology. Following Kerian's skin product recommendations has significantly improved my skin. I have been going to Skin 'n Tonic for about 4 years now. I started going when my skin suddenly became problematic (when it never had been). I was skeptical of facials and had the misconception they didn't really do anything. Well.....after seeing Kerian multiple times I became a believer. This place is the best spa in the area by far. In fact I now travel from Boston a couple times a year specifically to see Kerian because I trust her completely. Unlike other spas who give each person an off-the-shelf service, Kerian tailors every facial EVERY TIME to the individual. I do not think I've ever had exactly the same service as she tweaks her process depending on how your skin is at that point in time. My skin is no longer problematic and I feel like I leave even more knowledgeable about my skin and what works/doesn't work enabling me to keep it healthy between visits. Kerian also will consult with me from afar if I run into issues. She cares about the people she sees! Skin 'n Tonic is the ONLY place to go. read more
