My friend and I came here on a Friday with booked appointments. The front desk lady wasn't the nicest - she had an attitude with one of the masseuse and was quite rude to her so that was off putting before we even started our treatments. Shortly after sitting down, I was brought in for my massage. I opted for the deep tissue and it was pretty good! I've had a couple of better massages in the Sugar Land area but I could tell my masseuse worked really hard to give me a good massage and adjust to my needs. For the first half of the massage; there was no music but that was turned on halfway through. I will say that it's pretty crazy to charge $10 extra for aromatic oils, on top for the $75 hour long massage. My friend really enjoyed her facial, so I'll likely try that next time. Im assuming due to not getting enough foot traffic they only had one person on staff at the time we went? We still don't know if she was the owner, manager or what...as no introductions were made. We did call ahead to check availability and informed them that the appointment will be for 2 people, the staff member that picked up seemed hesitant but told us that it's fine. Anyway, we paid upfront before we got our services. However there were multiple red flags my friend and I noticed during the appointment. Such as, they only have bath towels on the bed. I was confused at first as most places offer bed sheets to cover their client. At the beginning when you pay, they did not ask us about health concerns and etc. Let's skip to the part where my friend and I got settled in the room with the bath towel... the main staff mentioned her coworker is running late [10+min]... if you want a good full body massage, save yourself time and money by avoiding this spot. On our way out, the masseuse told us to wait and to give them tips. Even though we did my have cash on us she wanted us to use our credit card [they charge an additional 3/ credit card purchase. Anyway, beware of this massage parlor...
