Wow this place is a hidden gem in Missouri city! Highly recommend! Very clean and professional.

Cloud9 is tucked away behind a larger strip center off of highway 6. Upon entrance, you're greeted by the front desk and a small sitting area with 3 sofas. My friend and I came here on a Friday with booked appointments. The front desk lady wasn't the nicest - she had an attitude with one of the masseuse and was quite rude to her so that was off putting before we even started our treatments. Shortly after sitting down, I was brought in for my massage. I opted for the deep tissue and it was pretty good! I've had a couple of better massages in the Sugar Land area but I could tell my masseuse worked really hard to give me a good massage and adjust to my needs. For the first half of the massage; there was no music but that was turned on halfway through. I will say that it's pretty crazy to charge $10 extra for aromatic oils, on top for the $75 hour long massage. My friend really enjoyed her facial, so I'll likely try that next time. Service was great (front and back) they have a nice cozy waiting area that serves hot tea, coffee and nuts. If you write a review you get 10% off your service and if u pre pay and book your next visit in store you get 30 % Note: make sure you get there 10 min before your start time. They will start the timer at time of appointment even if u are on time. We were there right at our scheduled time on the dot and they didn't start the actual massage until 15 min later and they stopped on time. So instead of 90 min we really only had 75 min of massage time. They do say regardless there is always a 5 min disrobing period but since we had to wait in the lobby we ended up with a 15 min disrobed period I guess ‍ read more

It seems each one has their own specialty, but I usually go for the Swedish massage regardless of who I schedule with. They are all very considerate of your preferences, so do let them know if you'd like more/less attention in any specific area or adjustments to pressure. I leave feeling like butter after every visit. Their massage tables are very comfortable and I'm in love with their sheets/blankets. Besides some tranquil music, the space is nice and quiet. Scheduling is incredibly easy. Their receptionist staff is on point and their online booking system allows you to see exactly who's working, their availability, and a bio for some. I was literally on cloud 9 during my massage. The receptionist was pleasant and the lobby has hot tea, water, and nuts that you can enjoy before and after the massage. I cannot say it's the best "foot massage" as I don't feel like they really utilize foot reflexology practice - which is often what I want. Was due for a massage and decided to check this place out since my cousin recommended it to me. I called to make an appointment and they informed me about that they only accept cash tips. Upon arrival, I informed the lady that I didn't get the paperwork via email like they suggested and she asked when I made the reservation. I did it around 5pm for a 7:30pm reservation and she said "that's why, you made the appointment so late". Which doesn't make sense because an automated email is an email, and doesn't matter what time. And then I noticed a "new customer" special and I asked her if that could be applied to me. She said no, because my cousin wasn't a new customer LOL. The sign was something like "a new customer referral $25 off!" Made no sense. She is not the kind of person you want at the front desk for a business that's customer facing. This is by far the best massage place I've been to. Upon walking in you are greeted by the wonderful front desk, and toward the open and spacious waiting room there is tea, water, and nuts to snack on. The masseuse comes to get you right away. The rooms are spacious, nice, and cozy. I love how you are covered with a thicker blanket unlike other places where it is just a sheet. The beds are comfortable, truly just relaxing. I always go for the Swedish massage and you can never go wrong with that. I like how it is easy to communicate whether you want the massage to be harder or softer.
