This is my second visit and I loved it just as much as the first visit. I was able to book online and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. I completed a form to identify my pain points and potential health problems. I opted for a medium pressure massage and no essential oils...big mistake lol. The essential oils helps them glide their hands across your body so since I didn't get oil I got a lot of pressure in my trouble spots. The room was quiet, clean and the music was soft and relaxing. ETA 12/1/22: So the review responder has chosen to twist the narrative. I never threatened nor demanded free massages. Peace and good luck to all the nice ladies that work there. My complaint was solely with management and their poor tactics. As a Yelper the hope is that management doesn't libel and harangue clients for honest reviews of facts. This review was not for services but management's nasty attitude. Unfortunately, since the management change this place has nosedived. We showed up for confirmed 11am couples massage first thing on Sunday morning at 1045 am. After getting checked in, and getting undressed and waiting till 1118am, the receptionist informed us there was no masseuse available. We asked to speak to management and Lindsay (the owner) told us I can go ahead and give them a bad review. Her offer was to give us 20$ off, if we waited another 30 min for someone to show up. If a client cancels a massage, the full service is charged; however, you are out of luck if they choose to cancel on you. I hope management starts treating clients better. We won't return. read more

I booked a couples massage for our anniversary! We both have never tried a traditional Thai massage before so I was excited. Booking was easy and they call and confirm your appointment at booking and on the day of the appointment. We arrived and were quickly greeted. We filled out the forms which takes about 5 minutes. We were then escorted to the room and were told to undress to our underwear and the therapists would be with us. Dao and San were our therapists and they were AMAZING!!! If a business can take your money, they should at least be respectful and professional. I spent over $650 at this place to get a massage for me, my sister, brother n law, and mother who has pain. The manager by the name of Courtney took my appointment and ensured that we will receive rewards for each visit. Today I called to reconfirm my next appointment and to confirm if my points were added from yesterdays massage. They said they WEREN'T. I asked a simple question. Another representative passed Courtney the phone. Courntey got on the phone and said "What is your problem?" I was completely confused and taken back by her lack of professionalism and angry tone. Please note that before this, I was never irate or rude. I simply had a question about the service I paid for. She would not stop yelling at me. I asked her why was she yelling at me. "I said, I don't understand why you're yelling at me or being unprofessional. This isn't right." She proceeded to yell at me until I stood up for myself and told her not to talk to me like that. I told her to talk to me like a _______ human like I've talked to her and her staff. Then, she tried to lie to my lawyer and say that I yelled at her first. It just so happened that she heard the whole thing because I was in the same room. She lied and said that I called the establishment 5 times which was a lie. I called twice and the second call was when I was yelled at. I only was trying to schedule a second appointment. Then Courtney tried to lie and say that I cursed her first and then she started yelling at me which was also a lie. This place is as unprofessional as it gets. Not a super fancy place. Nice staff. Same day appointment was made and they got us in quickly with a short wait. Clean bathrooms, but the front end is pretty crowded with only 2 chairs in the "waiting area". First time getting a Swedish massage here and it was so relaxing I fell asleep. They make you fill out a form in the beginning and there's a chart that ask where you want your masseuse to focus on, but I don't think they even read it? LOL Its okay though, I still enjoyed my massage. My masseuse was Annie and she was so sweet. She asked what intensity I like and which area I would like for her to focus and just worked her magic. I'm new to the area and decided to pick Pan Thai massage for a couples massage. This has to be one of the worst places I've ever experienced. Staff is extremely unprofessional. They decided to assign us to massage therapist one of which was new and was being trained during the massage. Their was continuous whispering during the massage one trying to train the other. The new girl was horrible. All she continued to do was slather oil all over me. I requested that she focus on my neck and shoulders twice during the massage. She did not listen.
