The masseuse bought a basin with warm water to soak my feet. After soaking for about 6-7 minutes, the masseuse dried my feet and began to massage my feet with lotion. The pressure was decent. While I wouldn't describe the environment as overly professional, the majority of the girls have never been inappropriate or made me uncomfortable. That said, the newer girls have been a major letdown. One of the newer therapists is simply not good at deep tissue, and the person who worked on me yesterday (12/15/2025 around 4:00 pm) was completely unacceptable. Her behavior was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. She repeatedly touched and very obviously purposefully brushed inappropriate areas. Underwear is left on for a reason. I was clearly uncomfortable and tried to signal that by repeatedly moving away and pulling the sheet down, but she did not stop. The entire experience felt creepy and unsettling. It honestly felt like she was fishing for more money, which makes it even worse. I genuinely hope management addresses this and that she is fired. If I return anytime soon, I will absolutely be refusing her services if she is there. This experience was a real shame because this place has usually been excellent, and I never expected something like this to happen here.

The price list said that $60 was for 60 minutes, $90 was 90, etc. I chose 90 minutes and asked if I could use my debit card. They said yes, but it would be an additional $7 charge. I figured fine, I was in pain. It was an ok massage, definitely nothing special, but when I tried to communicate with her she really, really didn't understand what I was saying. So I gave her what I thought she deserved as a tip (I'm usually a great tipper, but also fair), and she shook her head and told me that for a $97.00 massage, she wanted twice as much. I do not care how good Tranquil Moments is at massage if they cannot keep an appointment, and then ignore phone calls, emails and text messages about the missed appointment and requests for a refund. My belief is that this business planned to keep my $110, and hoped that I would just give up. I will never ever attempt to book with this provider again. The landlord told me that he has seen a number of other customers show for appointments only to find the business closed.

Apparently, I was worried for nothing, because the whole place was closed. Not a car in the lot, "closed" sign on the door and the whole place was dark. I called, texted, and emailed again to see if there was some sort of misunderstanding. No response. Then I called again the next day asking that my card be refunded. To this day, I have not had any kind of response from them, and I have not been refunded for the service I never received. Don't try to book an appointment here! They will take your money and you'll wind up having to negotiate with your credit card company to get it back.

Session but extended it to 90 minutes because it was exactly what my body needed and long waited for. These days, massage places are everywhere. But this is not your fly by night operation. This place has been here for decades. Only a very effective and professional establishment can earn that reputation. I look forward to my next visit. I will bring a friend this time. She is very professional and knowledgeable at her craft. She is able to blend many types of reflexology into one session, giving you the biggest benefit. I had been one 3 different antibiotics for a sinus infection without any help from them. I saw Meg one time, and after this session, I was able to breathe again two hours later. Initially, I went because it was a great way to relax and do something good for my body. A little over a year ago, my purpose changed. My husband & I wanted to get pregnant. I have some factors that make it more difficult for a women to get pregnant: hypothyroidism, PCOS, and a higher BMI. Due to these factors, I wanted to do what I could to be successful and my first thought was, MEG! I knew that reflexology was more than just a nice foot massage and after sharing my concern about fertility with Meg, she discussed what she could do for me. Not only did she carefully discuss how reflexology can help, she went above and beyond and gave me at home, homeopathic strategies that were known to aide in conception. I would get reflexology right before I was supposed to ovulate and low and behold, the second time around I found out that I was pregnant. Unfortunately, my first pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage. As soon as my body was ready for round two, I contacted Meg. (drum roll please)....I got pregnant right after my reflexology treatment with Meg and now my husband and I are expecting our first baby in August! I wholeheartedly feel that it was reflexology that helped me conceive. The motto in my house is, "It takes more than a sperm, It takes more than an egg, IT TAKES MEG!"
