Mind you, after not having a full time job for almost a year and having dealt with other agencies that got me nowhere, I was very apprehensive to try another long drawn out process. This was not the case. Ivan explained the position as best he could and as detailed as he could (keeping the company name confidential is very professional, kudos for that) and relayed what the expected pay would be. We spent the next 10-15 minutes conversing about my job history and what I really was looking for in a new job. He absolutely listened! He took notes of my skills, job preferences and expected goals when working for a company. After all that, he told me what a great candidate I was and that he would try his best to get me an interview. The client interviewed two other candidates prior to myself but Ivan kept me abreast of everything that was happening, nothing was a surprise. He communicated with me as much as he could just to keep me motivated and not let me feel like this was a lost cause. After 6 weeks of waiting, being the 3rd candidate and only 1 interview... I landed the job with one of the biggest healthcare companies in the Inland Empire. The job was not what I expected, it is SO MUCH MORE. I am so grateful to Ivan that I actually made the 40+ mile drive to shake his hand and thank him in person. I will recommend Kinetic and Ivan to anyone looking for their next career "forever home."

She said, "You'll need two forms of ID and your work history." I then said, "Okay thank you, and you guys close at 5pm correct?" And she said "Yes just come in before then." The agency was about an hour drive away from me, and I got to there at 1:30pm, since I was told to get there before 5pm. I told the lady in the office I was there to fill out an application. She then looks down pulls out a slip of paper and says unfortunately our application hours are already over, they ended at 12pm so you'll have to come back another day at these times. I began to explain to her that I drove an hour to get there and I had called the day before and the women I spoke to told me to come in before you they closed at 5pm, and she never mentioned anything about application hours. The lady then shouted to her fellow employees, "Did anyone answer the phone yesterday and say to come in before 5pm?" No one answered her and she told me, "We're a small group so I don't know who you spoke to." She refused to help us and was not understanding of the situation at all. And even tried to make it seem like I was lying about speaking to someone the day before! This place is highly unprofessional, rude, and was a huge WASTE of time.

This is a serious issue, as W-2 forms are required tax documents. An employer or staffing agency should have a clear and accessible process for updating employee contact information. The lack of responsiveness and transparency is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who expects basic communication or compliance with tax-related responsibilities.

The only time I've ever had contact with them is when I've seen certain job postings on indeed or zip recruiter and I reach out and ask about the job.
