She said, "You'll need two forms of ID and your work history." I then said, "Okay thank you, and you guys close at 5pm correct?" And she said "Yes just come in before then." The agency was about an hour drive away from me, and I got to there at 1:30pm, since I was told to get there before 5pm. I told the lady in the office I was there to fill out an application. She then looks down pulls out a slip of paper and says unfortunately our application hours are already over, they ended at 12pm so you'll have to come back another day at these times. I began to explain to her that I drove an hour to get there and I had called the day before and the women I spoke to told me to come in before you they closed at 5pm, and she never mentioned anything about application hours. The lady then shouted to her fellow employees, "Did anyone answer the phone yesterday and say to come in before 5pm?" No one answered her and she told me, "We're a small group so I don't know who you spoke to." She refused to help us and was not understanding of the situation at all. And even tried to make it seem like I was lying about speaking to someone the day before! This place is highly unprofessional, rude, and was a huge WASTE of time.

Did the online application, came in for an in person interview and never heard back from anyone. The only time I've ever had contact with them is when I've seen certain job postings on indeed or zip recruiter and I reach out and ask about the job. They always say "oh yes you'd be a good fit let me send your resume to the client" and then I never hear back from anyone. I don't know how this place is still in business......seems like so many negative reviews and I mean they make money off of us!!!! They need us to stay in business yet it seems like they don't value their potential employees. Anyway don't waste your time here.
