One other person rated this business, and they were not happy. This is probably due to culture shock more than anything. I had an extremely positive experience, mainly because I realized going in that this was a cash-only repair shop that did quality work for LESS THAN HALF WHAT THE DEALERSHIPS CHARGE!!! They even give you a guarantee! This is a neighborhood business run by guys who have seen every automotive problem possible under the Sun, and then fixed it with their own two hands. There is no coffee in the waiting room, the TV shows only family programs from the 50's and 60's like Bonanza and Davy Crockett, and they write their receipts out on a pad with carbon paper for the extra copies. If you want wi-fi you should go to a McDonald's. The owner and employees are blue collar all the way. Tattoos, grease under their fingernails, and they probably don't mind a cold one at the end of the day. They are struggling to make a living with their own business, by the labor of their own hands, which is hardly the easiest thing in the world to do. Show them the respect they have earned, and you are their brother or sister. Give them an attitude and they won't have much to say. If you want a good, solid repair for less than anywhere else, then this is where you need to be. They open at 8 AM, and Mondays is the best time to bring your car in. They will fix anything except for body work and transmissions. If you have a problem with the electric system of your car, such as the brake lights not working as they should, then you can't find anyone better. These are the nastiest scammers in the automotive business. After repairing brake lights instead of turn signals, Skip kept calling for a copy of the invoice. Said manager had invoice locked up in office. I took my copy for him to see and took it back. The following week when he had my car 6 times trying to repair turn signals, called again for invoice. I had no way to get invoice to him since he had my car. He was very nasty - put his so called electrician on phone, he was even nastier. Electrician said he put a $75.00 part on the car and it shorted out. Both were screaming on the phone. After 3:00 p.m., got a ride to Etna with a copy of my invoice. Told them I wanted to do no further business with them. Asked for brake light module they supposedly replaced two weeks ago - was given a part that said flashers. DO NOT THDO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! read more

BEWARE! FRAUDS....They had my car there for four weeks total. I paid $250 for a $30 job. I had to pay cash because they said their credit card machine was down. More like they knew there customers cant get there money back paying cash and the credit card company cut them off because of all the trouble there in. I got the car back and have not been able to drive it because of all the damage they caused putting in a turn signal switch that takes about ten minutes. They messed up the steering column so bad it is not drivable now. I filled with the BBB.com Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating but they have not been able to help me. I am going to file a small claims court suit soon. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. This place is nothing but trouble! read more

They don't own up to their mistakes.. Took my car in to have the water pump repaired and my car started making noise it never made before and they told me it was maybe a loose belt and all I had to do was to bring it back in and they would fix it. Brought it back in later but they couldn't fix their mistake and they also caused more damage by not putting the tension-er bolt back on the belt properly causing the belt to break and the bolt to come off causing the car to overheat.. I would tell them about their mistake but all they are going to do is put it off as something else happened. Don't take any new model high tech cars to this unprofessional shop.. read more

This has got to be the worst experience of my life waiting for my car since April of 2013 and it is now the end of August and I still don't have back yet. I am contacting the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint against them and calling the news to alert them of their bad business tactics. The person who answers the phone is cursing at the customers and is very rude and screaming instead of trying to satisfy the customer's needs. They should be put out of business, they are all drug attacks. read more
