I am posting here because google reviews is not posting or showing up. !!…read more I have been wondering how to go about posting this review or even if I should. I had reached out to our dispatch team and reported this company and to no longer use for the following reasons. All was reported about 5 weeks ago. 1. While cleaning I found cigarette butts in my truck. I have a very nice camera system cloud based, and I got curious and went back and reviewed the couple days my truck was in the shop. I saw that they were smoking in the back of my truck while inside of the building. And nobody seemed to stop it even when a manager I believe came to check the work. Which everyone knows is illegal in Ohio. And no other shops smoke inside. And I shouldn't have to clean up ashes. I think the name was mace or close to it as another employee came and asked for a lighter. Also my windows were left down and it was caked in dust. 2. I also saw them passing vapes around and talking about how much each pen had t.h.c in them and the saw them using forklifts and high lifts next to my truck. Which made me very uncomfortable. And it's also against the law for a truck driver or a mechanic working on anything DOT to be using any kind of substance. Also against osha and federal regulations. With what I saw I have to say without a doubt there is very very lax enforcement and leadership on laws and they don't care about people's trucks enough to not smoke in them or in the shop. They are unsafe with using t.h.c pens and allowing staff to then use lifts and work on DOT vehicles. And the one person I saw call them out. They would then run away call this person the snitch and make fun of that person. He was a shorter heavier set person. My experience was just subpar and I hope our company doesn't use them again. If I went to Scott's lawn and they inspected my box and saw a cigarette butt they would deny entry as they are 100 percent smoke free everyone. I have reported it to the state.

The vibe of the place is not what it use to be. I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.
