I didn't go with the previous company because I was in a hurry and even though I was surprised at the price compared to the distance, getting it handled without stress was worth it. Also see in the text messages you dispatched ANOTHER COMPANY to actually do the work.. that is the factual definition of middle man. You being a legitimate automotive services company does not mean that what I said is false.. both things can be and appear to very much be true. Given the bullying and laughably gaslighting nature of your reply I don't have a real desire to be on the phone with you or "Jimmy". When my Jeep left me stranded and I was overwhelmed, he came out quickly and replaced my auxiliary battery on-site. When things got tricky after the install, he stayed calm, double-checked everything, and got me back on the road. Before calling them, I had reached out to multiple other shops and roadside companies, and nobody else could or would help me. They were the only ones willing to step up and actually get it done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind- a rare find these days. He explained what was happening in a way I could understand, and never once made me feel rushed or left me hanging. These guys are based out of India and I know it was them because they are the only ones I gave my CC details to and I don't save CC info on my phone. They send a link to prepay for the tow, but the link was not letting me process my payment after multiple attempts. She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. Fishy. Be careful. Edit: It's been 3 days since writing this review and they are now spam calling/texting my phone from different numbers and no caller ID's. I know this because they left voicemails/texts saying it's High Noon Hauling. They've used 5 different numbers now. Very unprofessional.
