The renters left the house pretty clean so I was thinking about 2-3 hour cleaning service. 1. The house was still left dusty and not clean 2. Communication was the worst! The cleaner lady didn't know her own schedule and demanded random hours to come back and finish the job 3. The cleaner smelled like cigarettes. I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! However, only 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned, but I really can't say it was "deep cleaned." Please note, not only did we pay full price, we also needed to pay extra because it took them longer than expected to clean. In our guest bedroom, there was still visible dust on the headboard and shelves attached. Mind you, there wasn't even a mattress on the frame, so all they literally needed to do was sweep and mop around the bed frame and dust the headboard. We blamed our first experience on my son being a distraction since he talked about watching snap chat videos with one of the cleaners (the cleaner and my son were both seniors in HS). Today, we had our 1st "2 week routine" cleaning, and again, the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my STILL 4bd/3ba home within the allotted time. My question is, if 2 cleaned couldn't clean my house within the timeframe, why would you only send 1 cleaner the next time?! My house did not get smaller! So again, I'm paying full price (they charge you in the morning so regardless of the outcome, they already got paid) and got charged extra because the 1 cleaner couldn't clean my 4br/3ba house in time. AND again, only 3 of my bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned. AND again, I wouldn't call it clean but "straightened up." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... You can clean your house better than them or find another company that willing to work for the money you're spending!
