The initial communication was good - quick response, good price, clear outline of what they could do for my apartment move-out clean, availability on the day I requested. I did have to reach back out a couple days in advance to get the time. The cleaners showed up on time and were very nice, though spoke hardly any English. They did not know what I was wanting to them to do, which seems like something their boss should have told them before coming over. Thankfully between Google Translate and some hand gestures, we got on the same page. The actual service provided was as good as I was expecting - the apartment I lived in was cheap and kind of gross to start out with, so I really was just looking to save myself some time and effort, not a pristine miracle. The ladies provided that and I am happy with the actual work done. I was not given information in advance for how payment would be handled, and the language barrier made it a little difficult. I was expecting an online payment link, venmo, square app, etc but found out at the very last minute that they wanted cash only, which was super awkward and inconvenient to say the least.
