This really pissed me off because I didn't even want this appointment - the owner suggested and insisted on it. When I called Fox Family Electric and spoke to David Fox, he told me that he "completely forgot" due to how busy they had been that morning. Seriously? I can not believe the unprofessionalism. Do NOT call these electricians if you want someone to actually show up. They will push you into an appointment and then kick you to the curb. Completely shocked by how unprofessional and unreliable this business is.
