In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. Geographic distance does not matter when a dentist is as awesome as Dr. Valdinoto. He does a thorough and gentle job and I always leave his office with a bright smile. Dr. Valdinoto, his receptionist, and his assistants are warm, friendly and welcoming. I always feel like I'm getting personalized care, down to the flavored tooth paste that is used during my cleanings and the pink toothbrush I'm given in my take-home back. I actually look forward to my appointments, because I feel like I'm visiting with four very dear friends. I haven't gotten any services done by Dr. Zaffos but the few times I've interacted with him, he's very professional and gives genuine medical advice. I mostly see Dr. Mishel for liners. He's extremely professional as well, listens to any concerns I have and takes time explaining everything so there's no confusion about anything. All the reviews listed for them are really true. The team/assistants/hygienists working with the doctors are so nice. They really make it so easy to talk to them and not just about dental related issues. Came in due to an unforeseen situation with my daughter. Her wisdom teeth are growing and causing a…read morebit of pain. We had been here for a cleaning about 2 weeks ago and agreed we would schedule surgery for the end of the month. Unfortunately the pain and discomfort increased and we called for an emergency procedure. Dr Ben Levy, is our family dentist and so he has been taking care of us since my daughter was baby. I had my wisdom tooth removed as well. So i know firsthand he is patient, skilled surgeon and he is always concerned about his patients. My daughter was in his office for 11am appointment and we were done in about 90 minutes. His staff scheduled a follow up appointment next week, to make sure the sutures and the recovery of the surgery are coming along as expected.
