They overcharge. they simply tell you 1 night is around $22 but did NOT explain an initial fee until I was ready to pay. they don't even let their customers know that they charge you an extra $75 on the third day. and on top of that, an additional charge if you use your card. i walked in expecting to pay around $70 because that's all they told me. ended up paying $400 for my car being on the lot for 3 days. read more

I enjoy reviewing businesses and places I've been, but it's particularly enjoyable to review businesses such as Euless B&B Towing and storage. I've been using them for going on 35 years now, and they have never once done anything shady. The towing business is full of unscrupulous operators that victimize customers with unexpected and unwarranted fees, and charges, and some going as far as vehicular theft. I've never seen any behavior in many different transactions with B& B that weren't conducted in a professional and businesslike manner. I do enjoy finding old cars that others thought were dead, and buying them and repairing them in spite of what the uninformed thought. Countless vehicles go in the trash can due to customer ignorance coupled with greedy repair shops, or others misleading the owner into believing it can't be fixed. I've owned so many cars like that I can't remember all of them, but they have taken me farther, for less money, than any new or reasonably new cars. The price tag is once in a while they quit working and have to be dragged back to home base. B&B has come and got me and my whatever car and brought me back home, time and again, for fair rates. They dispatch quickly enough, as I've never had a long wait to get some help. I believe this to be a family business just trying to make a honest living on this journey we call life. When I need towing help, and I'm in control, they are the first on my list to call. So, if you're stuck somewhere or just need a car that's not working moved I absolutely recommend these people. They are courteous, professional, and they are NOT trying to find another nickel to add to the bill. I can claim 35 years of doing business with them, and I'm still coming back. I just hope they are still here for many years to come as they are an asset to the whole DFW metro area, and I'm not likely to quit driving old cars that save me a lot of money. read more

Had a dead battery in my car. I've been a AAA member for many years. Called AAA first. AAA won't let you talk to a live person anymore. They use text messaging.. waited for the tow truck to respond with an ETA. After 45 or so minutes of waiting for that, I attempted to call AAA. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. My car broke down, exiting Highway 121 South at Hall Johnson Road. Thankfully, I could get off at the access road, and someone helped me push my car to the shoulder. It is hard to find a tow service by doing searches on your phone. I finally went to yelp* and got some decent selections to choose from. I called Euless B&B Wrecker Service and talked to the dispatcher Debbie to arrange for service. Told me the truck would be there within 30 minutes, which it was. Jason, the driver, went right to work. Explained to me what needed to be done to avoid damage to my car. He also let me ride to my towing destination, which was great. This tow truck was very nice and well equipped. Having your car break down is not fun and can be somewhat frightening. People will help you, yet others almost will hit you. Once the wrecker service showed, things calmed down for me. If you are anywhere close to Euless or Grapevine and need to tow service, this is a good choice. Looked to schedule a tow to my mechanic in grapevine from euless. I honestly sorted by distance and called each one to see prices. They were the 3rd one i called and only one to answer so i just scheduled it. I told them i needed someone here by 1030-11am to get it to the dealership/mechanic by noon and they were here exactly in between that time frame. The guy (didn't catch his name) was very kind and professional. Got my difficult vehicle (wouldn't start and wheels were locked) onto his tow within 15-20 mins and was out of here. They quoted me $160 and i paid $150. Not sure how much normal tows are but ill always choose simple and quick when it comes to stuff like this. read more

Went to pick up my car and was the only person in line. They requested I go wait by the back gate and said someone would Be out to take me to my car. I went to wait inside a friends car and someone came on the speaker and said, "you have to wait by the gate". I waited 20 minutes in 93 degrees/no shade. When I went back to see when I would be helped the woman told me it would be another 45 minutes... I asked if she could please help me now, since I've been waiting and she said 'no'. I was in a car accident on May 12, 2022. My car was towed by B&B to their lot and my insurance company towed it to IAA in Northeast Tarrant County. My car was totaled and when I went to get my things out of my car everything was bagged up. However I had a bag full of coins in the console along with a LOT of quarters I had been collecting. Glad I didn't read the reviews and went ahead and called. Stranded on a busy 70 mph highway overpass with a broken throttle cable in the heat of August on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Lady answering the phone knew exactly where I was and had a wrecker there in less than 15 minutes. Wrecker guy looked at the cable to see if he could reconnect it before towing. He had also called another truck to park behind us for safety because of the overpass. It was broken so tow was inevitable. Insisted I sit in the air conditioned truck for both comfort and safety while he got the car on the wrecker. He knew my car was often all wheel drive so was careful about that. I had an issue with their company and how they towed one of our cars. They were very nice when they took my payment but I can't even get the owner to call me back when their driver supervisor was very rude to me in discussing the issue and refused to work out the issue. He would not even give me their insurance information to have the insurance company figure it out. Customer service is very important but when you are in a low class business...
