Been sitting in the lobby and the desk women haven't said anything to greet me. You're stuck behind a locked door so you can't communicate with them unless they initiate it. There's three truckers and three desk ladies in the building and I've been here for 10 minutes with nothing. All I need is to get some personals from my wrecked car before I'm late to work. Last night, I had a tire go flat. Since my AAA service couldn't help out, I had to call these guys cause I thought I didn't have a jack. I wish I would've gotten the gentlemen's name cause he was a big help. Since we found my jack and I changed my tire, he decided not to even charge me for coming out my way even after I gave the wrong location. I was very impressed that he didn't take advantage of the situation like most tow companies do. I even tried to give him a tip for not charging me 65 bucks and he still said no. Rude and unprofessional! When they say they are open 24/7 that means at their convenience not yours. Make sure you call ahead because you will be waiting forever! Lady that works in front very rude! Especially on weekends. No one there to get your stuff from car! read more

Excellent service. Reliable and professional. Highly recommend for any roadside needs. I was out of town and needed my rental car towed as well as a ride. No issues, very easy transaction under the circumstances of being stranded! I hope this does not happen again, but if it does I know who to call! read more

Bafflingly rude customer service, inept front desk workers, obscenely high prices. Under-handed, scheming company with the upper-hand due to Police Dept. referrals. Avoid at all costs. Three miles of towing and ONE day of storage at Euless B&B cost me $237. (Express Towing towed me the next day to auto shop: price from Euless to Fort Worth, 18 miles was $120--1/2 the cost and 6 x's the distance). 6/28/ 17, 8 AM I was involved in an accident off HWY 183 in Bedford.. My towing service was too slow & Bedford PD called B&B during the wait as my truck was blocking traffic. Not surprisingly, Euless B&B Wrecker Service (who gets all the PD towing calls, it seems) was the FORTUN-ate towing service. (Haha). B&B was initially prompt--but anything praiseworthy about B&B ends there. The front desk B&B workers were "unable" to give me any estimate of costs until the truck was impounded in their system. While possibly true, this absurdly implies B&B lacks a standard fee plus mileage system--unlike every other surrounding tow service. I had to leave (ride arrived) with no idea of the costs incurred except that storage is 20 dollars a day. By the very next morning 6/29 (8:30 am), Victor from Express Towing arrived at B&B to tow my truck to the auto shop. (Express Towing was a true spirit-lifter on this already bad time where they were knowledgeable and honest on price (imagine that) with excellent customer service AND prompt and patient with B&B's further antics.) I expected to quickly retrieve my truck (I had called ahead and verified procedure). But--B&B not only gouges customers --but had the most discourteous workers I've encountered to date. It took an hour for the front desk to release my truck. I felt for the serviceman from Express towing who waited patiently the entire hour. Very gracious. "Becca" with B&B appeared to be on a personal call--so I was a bother, of course. She then claimed an issue with my VIN number; the serviceman, exasperated, finally questioned why he was being forced to check the CORRECT VIN number a third time. And for a final little anecdote about my time with B&B; I paid for 2 days of storage even though my truck was on B&B's premises less than 24 hours. I questioned the rate and Becca was suddenly quite knowledgeable on rates; the second day charge was incurred as soon as midnight struck, logically... (I'll also give B&B credit for this brilliant scheme to stack charges on the final bill). So in summary: The front desk workers are rude, demeaning, and lack either training or the competence required to process and release the vehicles brought to B&B. No other place I called (10-15) had this level of incompetence, inane prices, or snotty behavior. Needless to say, I would recommend ANY other service for towing. Save yourself a bad day. read more

If you are ever in need of towing service, I would highly recommend B&B. Professional, quick and they take care of whatever they are towing. I have used them to take my 1976 corvette several times and never a scratch. I needed my F250 towed from Waco back to Fort Worth and they almost beat me calling the dealership to tell them I was having it towed. Also several times, I have needed their service to help customers who kicked their keys in the car and and they are there quickly and have the cars unlocked swiftly. You could not find a better company to deal with in Dallas/Fort Worth!! read more

Arrived only to be told that they didn't have anyone available to help even through they had 3 people working at their desk. Also asked to use the bathroom but was refused and told to go to QT. Very bad customer service and overall bad experience and super slow. We had to sign "yes" that we received our vehicle within an hour of arriving before they release the car. Also found out the guy that takes you back to get the car doesn't get paid on the weekends when he works. This place is a joke. read more

Best service. My whole experience was great, fantastic front desk, and helpful drivers. Will definitely use B&B again.
