I woke up to a tire light on, not realizing that it was flat. I went to the local QT to fill it with air and realized it was flat. I called my insurance and it was $95 for roadside to come change my tire to a donut. Luckily for me, a lady in the same situation (flat tire) had come to QT and mentioned this place. We got there at 7:30A when they opened. She left with a repaired flat for $50 I think. My tire needed to be replaced (drove too far and the side had a split) so it was $83. Service was quick (out by 8:05A) and the employees were great! They also let me know my other tires were bad but I wanted to do some research when replacing so I can get something comparable. Do not use this business. The Tire Store on Harwood in Bedford overcharges Ladies or if you do not know any better. They Overcharge! Had several Bad experiences there, not only would the store manager but the owner Failed to do right by the customer after mistakes they made and giving them several chances. No Fair! When they replaced all 4 Tires they Damaged 2 Tire Sensors, then Cost me a Motor $5,000.00 cause they did Not secure a Radiator hose to the motor, after work done replacing Radiator Fan and it came off going down the highway. These guys I have worked with for years, Thinking they would do me good because of the loyalty. This unfortunately isn't true and they will take any chance to profit a little more. My car had an accident, and I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car. Mind you it is a 2001 Honda Accord, a simple car. Not worth very much, and I was ready to junk it if it wasn't worth fixing. When I brought the car, I said "I don't know whats wrong I just want to know if it can be fixed". They said Okay, we will check whats wrong. They then came back and said it needs a cover Gasket, and a pump steering hose along with an axle seal. (Which by the way, it was hit from the bottom idk how it would need a gasket cover...) Yall will not believe this. For this work, less than two hours, they charged me $1150 (receipts for proof). Not only did they OVERCHARGE because I was in a bad situation, they DIDNT FIX THE CAR. Within a few hours, the car broke down AGAIN. When I had another person look at the car, the SERPENTINE BELT WASNT EVEN ON. The belts were SCATTERED and LOST. Summary: 2001 Honda ACCORD, totaled, they still decided to over diagnose and over charge by an INSANE margin, while leaving me with a broken car. I told them that this was too much and that they ripped me off, the car wasn't working, and they offered to charge me to FIX IT MORE. I said ok but I can't afford a Tow After this rip off, and they said "ok we will see what we can do" and absolutely didn't. No response or text back. Maybe I'm wrong, but here is the picture of the receipt. I will let yall decide for yourself, would you pay this much for this service on a 2001 Honda accord, just for it to be broken beyond repair? I did business with this man for 20 yrs but I think he grew too fast and has the wrong people in charge of things. I'm gonna do this as short as possible. The first time I had a problem was when I was told my vehicle was ready by his manager and I went by there and it wasn't ready. In fact, it was up on the rack and they're still working on it and still didn't have the front end alignment done like I wanted. Then was told I couldn't even get my money back for the front end alignment I had to come back another time and get it aligned. Who the hell does that? The second time his weasel manager screwed up was on a simple serpentine belt. I paid him to put it on and he gets it in and spends all day trying to get it on can't get it on I tell him I need my truck I'm spending money on Ubers still trying to work at the time. I take the truck out of there try myself to try and get this belt on for hours. Long story short, he ordered the wrong belt. It cost me a great deal of money and time, and I was told I could not be compensated on any of it. That's the first sign of a trash mechanic. The third time was the worst and the last. I hit a curb in my truck and needed some things underneath fixed. I bought a 10-piece kit that covered most of the parts that would be under there. He used four of those parts and told me that one of the control arms couldn't be used because I had a lift kit. So I separately ordered that control arm cuz that's what he told me I needed. When all was said and done and everything was fixed I came and got the truck. It still ran very very rough. After a couple months I look up under there while I'm changing my oil and I see a couple of boots that are almost just shredded. Everything was supposed to be fixed underneath the truck but it wasn't. I was told that if I wanted that part fixed it would be another $700. Here's the thing. Not only is that incompetent for them to not fix that it's also quite illegal. He did what's called a bait and switch and it's an illegal practice. I took my truck in there with the understanding that the damaged parts would be fixed. They weren't fixed and he try to insinuate that the damaged was possibly my fault. That's when this conniving little snake pos lost a customer his boss had for over 20 yrs. Well everything underneath should've been fixed and I'll get enough money in court to get the job done right. Some of these con artists will step over the dollar to pick up that shiny dime. I wouldn't let this shop do anything on my truck ever again. If you have a problem with what they did, they don't care. They don't fix problems they cause, then basically tell you you're screwed. read more

Worse place ever they deleted my google review. They forced my tire on and triggered tire sensor and had to give me a refund. My new mechanic showed me the forced bolts. Did my brakes a day after they were squeaking my breaks NEVER squeaked before. I do not trust this place cheap is not better. One time they fixed a belt on my AC compressor and the tensioner slipped a day later and the new belt broke. I brought my truck back in and they re-fixed it at no cost to me. We took our 2021 Toyota Tacoma truck to get it looked at due to shaking while driving. We were told by Tire Store Service that the work needed to be done was new brakes and rotors on a brand new 2021 truck. This didn't seem right so I took it to Just Brakes for a second opinion. The wonderful service attendance at Just Brakes said that the brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and it just needed a balance. For $70 they fixed our truck. It runs great now!! Tire Store Service Center wanted $500!! i'm so glad I went with my gut feeling and took it in for second opinion. Stay far away from the service center! read more

They're called Tire Store Service Center but they can't even a do a simple tire rotation right! I went in for a tire rotation, all good... or so I thought. I kid you not, I drive it just down the block after leaving and all of the sudden about 5 lights turn on in my dashboard. (Mind you, my car was PERFECTLY fine before this service, no lights on!) I pull over to a QT down the road from them to see what's wrong with my car. Once I'm parked and I shift gears back into drive it starts reversing!! I tried 3 times and each time it would reverse. So now I can't drive my car and I'm stuck at the gas station. I call them and the lady that picked up was actually super nice and got one of their tow trucks to come and pick up the car. However, the customer service did not translate to the manager that was "helping" us when we got back to the store. When we get to the store I explain to him what happened and he tried to tell my stepdad and I that it's either the transmission or the alternator. My stepdad tried to explain to him that it doesn't make sense for it to be either of those issues since my car still turned on and was running. I reiterate to him that my car was perfectly fine and then I bring it in for a quick and easy tire rotation and now it has multiple issues. He condescendingly says that the lights on shouldn't have had anything to do with the tire rotation they did. Spoiler Alert!!! They did!!! Once one of their guys looked at it and took it for a test run he confirmed what my stepdad had already known. They didn't reset my vehicle after the tire rotation which caused all the lights and issues afterwards. We wasted almost two hours over something that should've been so simple. After getting my keys back, we went back in to ask for a refund for the huge inconvenience and lack of quality work that they did on my car. No one ever apologized or took responsibility, and we had to argue with them over the refund. read more

I absolutely said no, went to two other places and was told that my front brakes are in great conditions and didn't need to be replaced in next 9 months and paid $240 for the rears.
