I finally asked to get switched to Dr. Kwon and I am so happy I was switched. Dr. Kwon is soooo kind and thorough with details. I had a kidney transplant and when I would go before to see Dr. Shin, I felt rushed and as though none of the major issues and changes were even being taken into consideration. it felt like she was just seeing me so she can fill a refill as quickly as possible. I cancelled twice because of transplant issues and she just said she's not gonna see me any more and I can book with a different provider. I told her I wasn't even trying to book with her, but she doesn't care. She has horrible bedside manner. Dr. Kwon on the other hand, checks every box and addresses the most minor detail. if you want a great and kind doctor, book for Dr. Kwon. if you want a doctor checking her texts during your appointment, I guess Dr. Shin will do.
