I told her I was not feeling well, and that's probably from this infection I had on my leg that I wanted a doctor to look at. She just looked at me with the deer caught in the headlights. I said I'd been there before I said "isn't this an urgent care", to which she replied "no, this is a private doctor's office". I am completely baffled, and she was not being facetious. She asked for ID, which I gave her, and told me I hadn't been there in over 3 years, and I had to fill out a form, which I did, and then when she asked for insurance, she had me email my Medicare card. This girl said "oh..you have Medicare?" I said yes. She paused, and said "I don''t know if we take Medicare, and I don't know if the doctor can see you!!" I know damn well they take Medicare! Came here at 10:30 pm on a Sunday night without an appointment to do a Covid test for travel. The…read morecheck in was extremely easy. You just put your information into their tablet. They will then send you an immediate text where you fill out the paperwork. The entire process took less than 5 minutes to complete. You can then monitor your place in line via there website, which was quite convenient because you don't have to wait inside their office. There were about 10 patients ahead of us, but they move quite quickly. We checked in at 10:26 and were out by 10:52. Christine performed our tests. She was friendly and very professional. All you need is your drivers license. They accept insurance, but also take patients with no insurance. The test was free of charge. The results were ready less than 48 hours later. You have to create an account with Quest Diagnostics to access results.

English and Spanish are spoken at the office. When I walked in, it was pretty late at night, so it was not crowded. I was visited by the doctor quickly, and the operation began. They send the prescriptions right there, so make sure you have the address and name of your favorite pharmacy at hand. Will definitely return for any messes I find myself in.
