This is the best vet anywhere around. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The prices are very comparable to within a 50 mile diameter and yet always more reasonable than the rest. My only negative is the small waiting area which at this time isn't anything to worry about since they are still calling people from outside and not inside. I hope this trend continues but if not it still won't keep me from coming here for my animals regular check-up. read more

my cat was sick and we brought him In and they said upper respiratory infection and gave us meds. He was doing good and then got skinnier and didn't move as much so brought him bck last week to see what was wrong and they checked his gums and he had lost a lot of red blood cells and they told us about putting him down. They said he either had feline COVID,feline leukemia or feline aids. That she could do test and give meds but he'd get better than would go bck to being worst so there was no point.he would suffer for the rest of his life Which why couldn't they have found all that out the first damn time! We found a stray in the road who was clearly injured. We tried calling them, but it was Saturday afternoon so they were closed, but they provided an emergency contact. We called it, they didn't pick up and the machine said to leave name, number, description. It's been over 8 hours now and we still haven't heard back, so we went somewhere else. read more

My girlfriend brought her dog who seemed to be having trouble breathing. We brought the dog in and they said he had congestive heart failure, which he did. They charged her over a hundred dollars for him only to pass the very next day. They did not run any physical tests, only looked at him for a few minutes, I believe they could have been a bit more honest and maybe ran a few tests or charge her just for the medicine. But ok, just one or two mistakes are understandable. Before we brought BJ (my girlfriends dog) we had brought my German Shepherd Xena in to be spayed. The night we brought her home her breathing became very shallow and rapid and she did not seem to want to get up. We called the 24 hour emergency number and she told me my dog was simply in pain and to give her more medicine, we did. After more then an hour her condition had not changed, so I tried to call again, there was no answer. I called 3 more times and still they would not answer. I had to drive my dog an hour away to the nearest 24 hour clinic and when I got there, they took her immediately ran tests and said she was septic. Over 2 hours later they told me she wasn't doing good. They did everything they could to save her to no avail. She passed that morning. The vet Andrè at the Eunice Animal Hospital is the one who did the "work", if you call it that, was very short and rude. As for many of the customers who go and end up losing their animals usually receive a condolence card, neither of us reviewed one telling us they only show favor to certain customers. I give this place ZERO STARS!!! I mostly blame them for killing 2 of my dogs or lack of care for our animals and believing a vet would show compassion to an animal or animal owner. If you love your animal, I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. read more
